Enjoy a completely renovated family home in the heart of the village "Le Châtel Bourgeois" 2 minutes' walk from its 13th century collegiate church and close to all shops. Located between Auxerre, Joigny and Chablis, 5 km from the A6 highway exit and 150 km from Paris and close to many tourist sites and villages of this beautiful region. There are several parking lots very close by, but you do have the option to park in front of the accommodation to unload your vehicle.

On top of the antique charm and the modern comfort, you will have the facilities to enjoy your breakfast or brunch, as well as heating or keeping your food in a cool place. Secure parking, private entrance and no" vis à vis". On site domestic animals and gallinaceous fowls do not permit dogs except under pre-established conditions.

The house consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed (no sleeping on the sofa), a living room with equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Another wooden construction is on the same property but the garden and parking are not to be shared. Everyone has their place 😊
