Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Apple Valley Lake

A little piece of heaven! What a beautiful and peaceful place! Our little family enjoyed our stay there. For the first time in my life I saw fireflies, green lantern glowing bugs and a beautiful strawberry full moon! What a blessing it is to see God revealed through his beautiful creation. God willing we will be back again for a longer stay. Chris and Nicole were wonderful hosts. Thank for you so much for sharing your beautiful property with us!

Great country home- super easy check in. Perfect for Kenyon reunion as the location is perfect and walkable to everything.

This was the second time we have stayed at "The Little Blue House". We enjoyed it even more because we knew where everything was and where we wanted to put our things. It's very neat, clean, well stocked and organized. Not to mention the beach decor is wonderful. This visit we had a chance to sit and relax on the front porch and also take a walk around the lovely back yard. It is a very welcoming and cozy place to come back to after a long drive or day.

We have stayed at the Farmhouse many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The hosts do a great job of making sure everything is clean and comfortable. We did not need anything this trip, but they have been very helpful in previous trips when we did. We are already set to stay again in a couple of months.

This is a perfect space for us to celebrate one of our Kenyon students with family. There’s seemingly endless bedrooms, and common spaces and kitchen make it perfect for hosting. We didn’t take too much advantage of hikes or nature, but because of the great windows, you could feel the nature all around you! We did have a bonfire and love gathering to eat in the dining room. Excellent decor, and amenities.

Charming and comfortable place, and a perfect spot for a Kenyon visit—we loved being able to walk up the hill to campus. The hosts are welcoming and responsive too. A wonderful stay in a lovely home!

This is easily the cleanest, most thoughtful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is immaculately clean! I was blown away. I stayed here for work with some of my team — they like to cook breakfast and dinner together and made use of the well-equipped kitchen, grill, and fire pit. The next-door neighbors are a fun bonus as well (🦙🦙🦙🦙). If I had to describe this place with one word, it would be thoughtful. Every time you turn around there is another small amenity or helpful note. It almost feels like the house is reading your mind and anticipating anything you could possibly need. I’ve stayed in so many places that feel like they are doing the bare minimum — this experience was far from that. You can tell that the owners are extremely detail-oriented and genuinely want to provide the highest level of customer service.

This is probably the best Airbnb experience I have ever had. My sister-in-law and I decided to have a girl’s weekend getaway from husband/fiancé and kids, and Amish Country was our first pick. We found several that caught our eye, but this one stood out. It is a centralized location, looked so pretty and peaceful, and the reviews were great. They were NOT WRONG! We were not disappointed. James was responsive and communicative before and during our stay to make sure everything was perfect and check-in was a breeze. The space was cozy, but spacious at the same time, and had plenty of amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be staying here again, every time we come to Holmes County! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would, and I know my sister-in-law would as well!

Perfect location between a wedding at Kingwood Gardens and the after wedding party at Martinis on Main. It is perfectly tucked back off the main street in a quaint secluded area. Loved all the charm and amenities at this hidden gem. We plan to be back soon to do more fun things in Mansfield. Host Mac was perfect in every way!

Patti was an exceptional host. Not only is her place beautiful, comfortable, and spotless - it gives a feel of being at home. The comfort level here is beyond expectation. The place is neatly decorated leaving guests with a feel of special touches. Patti doesn’t just hosts a space to stay- she creates an atmosphere of comfort providing all the things needed to relax and be refreshed each day. The grounds are also beautiful and the area is quiet and country. She went above and beyond for our family when circumstances landed my husband in the hospital. She was caring and hospitable. Throughout our weeklong stay, she continued to check into see if we needed anything or if she could help us in any way possible. Im thankful She was our host when times were very stressful for us. The support offered goes above and beyond what was expected. We definitely recommend her to anyone staying in the area.

This was our first time in the Millersburg and we will be booking this apartment every time we’re in the area! The apartment is GORGEOUS and looks even better than the pictures! It’s very spacious, clean, and it even smells so nice! The instructions on where to park are very clear. The neighborhood has good restaurants, coffee, and ice cream, and it’s a perfect location near all the Millersburg/Berlin/Sugarcreek attractions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Janelle’s property. It is a lovely separate living space, with a firm mattress and large bathroom. Janelle was helpful and proactive, setting up an air mattress for us before we arrived. She also had a brochure with local events, restaurant recommendations, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! The location was perfect, and the access to the hot tub was a nice, relaxing extra! Dean was very quick to respond to anything I sent! Great host!!!!

Matt’s place was awesome. The 3 bedroom/2 bath place was so roomy and nice to have after cramped hotel rooms. The location is so quiet that we had two wonderful nights’ sleep. We plan to use again when in the area. About 13 minutes drive to Kenyon College.

Great place to stay for Kenyon College families. Not too far from campus.

This condo was a really nice option for Kenyon families - close by, good parking, well-stocked kitchen, extremely clean. Playground for young kids was a definite bonus!

Matt was wonderful. I had a lot of special requests due to the special occasion of my daughter’s graduation. Matt and his team were 100% responsive. It was a great trip.

Perfect Host and home. When you walk in you can feel the peace and comfort. We all slept peacefully. The trundle bed was able to pull out all the way if you’d rather the 4th guest sleep separately. The host was punctually responsive to any questions I had. Everything that we needed for our stay was in the home. I would definitely recommend and book again.
