The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. The apartment is a few kilometers from the sea. We are immersed in nature, on the crest of a hill with a view that ranges from the hills to the sea. To reach Oltremare, there is a stretch of white road ( about 500 meters ) not paved, accessible by most means but not suitable for cars with a sporty layout.
