Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 5' από το κέντρο της Απολλωνίας ενώ πλησίον του σπιτιού υπάρχει δημόσιος και δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης, η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει 30μ. ενώ στην ίδια απόσταση υπάρχουν και δύο σούπερ μάρκετ. Το "Iviskos House" αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μπάνιο και σαλόνι

Επίσης διαθέτουμε κι ένα μεγάλο περιβόλι απ΄το οποίο μπορείτε να μαζέψετε ό,τι φρούτα και λαχανικά έχει κάθε εποχή. Όλα αυτά εντελώς δωρεάν.
