To value this property, we must start with the HOST, a professional in every sense of the word. From the minute 0 of the reservation, until the departure; always attentive, very friendly and very professional. It's a pleasure to meet serious people and this gives the app value. The beach house is a paradise in Italy. Easy access, attention to detail, peace, nature, comfort. Our trip was as a family with our two poodles and I think they were the ones who enjoyed the property the most, seeing them run and jump through the green areas of the property and live with many birds, rabbits is priceless. Our daughter enjoyed her stay studying and with the peace and tranquility of the place, it was not difficult for her to concentrate. We, on the other hand, did some sightseeing in the area, all very close and well connected by road. It is a very well-kept, safe property and above all, enjoying its sunset, sitting on a lounger, enjoying a good wine (from the area) is a unique experience. Thank you Maurizio.

Beautiful home in a more secluded area overlooking Lake Trasimeno. The trains and a highway are below but not invasive. The views are beautiful. The home was clean and tastefully updated but still clearly old and had a lot of character. We did not have a car and the train station is an hour walk away. There are a couple buses that pass through but not enough to be a reliable means of getting to and from the house. Even the taxi was busy and we had to be flexible on when we went to the train station but it worked out fine. We walked to and from Tuoro for groceries and visited La Puntabella for a great dinner with a view. It was an adventure and we enjoyed it despite our plan not being very good for this location. Sonia was patient and helpful in working out our means of travel and figuring out the bus schedule. Natolino reminded us of home and he is fun to watch and listen to.

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the hill. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you have to know that.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed at this property and had a really good time. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 metres from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and also a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

The house itself is a gem in the heart of a charming landscape full of peace and beauty. But beyond that, Nurit helped us in an extraordinary way to make our stay there particularly successful. This is especially in light of our failure to rent a car. She was in touch, incredibly available and with golden advice throughout our stay!

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

The four of us spent a week at Branka's house. From beginning to end, everything was perfect, be it the communication with Branka (she always responded very quickly to inquiries), the warm welcome by Branka's parents, the furnishings of the house (especially in the kitchen, nothing is missing) and last but not least the unique location with breathtaking views of the sea. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you are definitely in the right place. Despite the secluded location, you can also quickly reach the city by car. We can fully recommend Branka and the "Private beach house" and will definitely come back!
