Vast and pictoresque one-room flat with a huge garden and an olive grove close to Porta Faul. The apartment, carefully furnished, is characterized by: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven and a dining table; a sitting area with a double sofa bed; a sleeping area with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower. The house is immersed in the green and surrounded by a cherry tree. In addition, a little patio, in front of the flat, is available with a table to have a breakfast.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom.
