We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Villa Despina. Jason was very helpful showing us the home which is spectacular. We enjoyed the view and solitude and the kids loved swimming in the pool each day. The house was very clean and Pandelis and crew cleaned the pool every day and provided clean pool towels. We appreciated the food and drinks provided on our arrival. The only things I would recommend are: 1. Ask for instructions on how the stovetop works as it was rather fiddly. 2. An elevated 4 wheel drive is a must as a low car would have difficulty getting up the road to the house. Thank you Panayiotis, Jason and Pandelis for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I, together with our lively 5-year-old, recently had the absolute pleasure of soaking in the serenity and beauty of *Lithalona Villas*. From the moment you enter the gates, the passion and dedication of Dimitra and Nicholas exudes from every detail, and their attentiveness and hospitality are second to none. The villa itself was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed… While the natural beauty of the significant estate is truly breathtaking, with a delightful garden filled with wonderful flora, hidden paths and cozy terraces - all with the azure sea literally a few meters from your doorstep. There are private entrances to the cove beaches, as well as direct access to the larger Marathias beach. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the wonderful island of Zakynthos, but can honestly say that simply being at Lithalona and breathing in the scenery was the best part of the holiday… So don't hesitate and book your stay here. It's a decision you'll cherish!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described and better! Location was perfect, we managed to see most of the island in the 2 days we stayed. The room was lovely and clean and everything was new but the best part was the lovely view! We would definitely stay again, thank you!

The house is very private, comfortable and spacious. Elizabeth Maria and her daughter are incredibly kind and helpful during our entire stay. The house is well situated to explore the island, we also found our absolute favorite restaurant 5-minute walk from the house. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone especially a group of friends or family.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Man hat so viel Privatsphäre, nur Natur und das Meer. Wir haben uns so gut erholt und den Ausblick aufs Meer von der Terasse und selbst vom Bett aus sehr genossen. Man schläft ein und wacht auf mit dem Rauschen der Wellen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. In ein paar Minuten kann man mit dem Auto einige Tavernen/Restaurants erreichen. Der eigene Zugang zum Meer ist perfekt und das Wasser herrlich klar. Es war ein super entspannter Aufenthalt. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub im Familien-Landhaus. In den anderen Bewertungen wurde schon das wichtigste gesagt, aber es gibt Sachen, die kann und sollte man einfach wiederholen: eine ganz herzliche Familie hat uns empfangen und sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes um unsere offenen Fragen gekümmert. Das Haus ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ist im Sommer Gold wert. Das dazugehörige Grundstück ist äußerst gemütlich und kann abends mit den verschiedenfarbigen Beleuchtungen gemütlich in Szene gesetzt werden, sodass es großen Spaß macht den Abend draußen zu verbringen. Die vielen Katzen (wir zählten 12) haben uns und vor allem unserer Tochter zusätzlich den Aufenthalt versüßt. Außerdem kam jeden Abend mindestens ein Igel zu Besuch und verschiedene Käuze (und oft auch Zikaden) haben die musikalische Abenduntermalung unternommen. Rundum gelungen, Danke dafür!

We had a wonderful week at Giovanna Studios on Zakynthos Island. Keri beach is a beautiful place to stay, with nice restaurants at the boulevard and very friendly people. The studio is clean, cosy and exactly as presented. The host send us a couple of emails in the weeks before our stay with places to visit and a list of restaurants that are reasonably priced and have great food! We were in very good contact with our host and he provided us with help when needed. While on the island, don’t forget to visit Myzithres with its breathtaking views. Buying a drink at the top is really worth it! We really enjoyed our stay at Giovanna studios and we recommend to book a studio here when you like to visit Zakynthos!

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the local village. It was refreshing to be away from the usual tourist traps and truly immerse ourselves in the local culture. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to unwind completely. We were delighted to find that it was just a short trip away from beautiful beaches, fabulous restaurants, and exciting local attractions (minutes by car) . Our children, aged five and nine, had an absolute ball! They especially loved feeding the animals, which added an extra layer of magic to our stay. The WindMill House is truly a hidden gem. The combination of its idyllic country setting, the exceptional hospitality of our host make it an unbeatable choice for anyone seeking good value and a relaxed, authentic stay.
