Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. Very modern and house is upgraded to the max. House is 1,700 sf, 3 bed, 2 bath with an outdoor bar, pool and spa. The pool is not heated but the Spa more than makes up for it. The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.

Dinosaur Mountain, Sidewinder and Gold Canyon Golf Resort are 5 minutes away. You could also hunt for the Gold of the Lost Dutchman or chase ghosts at Goldfield Ghost Town. The Dolly Steam Boat is one of my favorite outing at Canyon Lake and then head down to Tortilla Flats for a burger.

The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
