Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Apache County

We have stayed at Jill's properties a few times and she is always a great host! She communicates well and always responds promptly! The properties are very nicely appointed and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! We will certainly stay with Jill again!

It was a pleasure staying at Claudine’s place for the weekend. She was very responsive to any of our needs and the place was spotless and well equipped with amenities. Definitely would stay again in the future!!

Oh my, it was just the perfect getaway! The cabin was like a warm hug from an old friend! The private patio was perfect for morning coffee! The fireplace was perfect to take the morning chill. Absolutely everything was provided. All we had to have was a toothbrush!!!!🤭 Cute place and we’re already booked for Labor Day!!

Alexander's place was absolutely perfect. I loved how responsive he was to all my questions and how he helped us when suggestions were needed right away for somewhere to take the kids to play. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy I could lay around and relax all day if I wanted to. I loved the park across the street for the kids. So many stores and restaurants near by for last minute items. As we drove off my 6 year old son said he wants to come back to this house when it snows again, and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, you won't regret it. I can't wait to go back.

The stay was fantastic. The home was clean, safe and a quiet sanctuary to come home to after working hard locally on my mother’s home remodel. Stefani was a phenomenal host, always responsive, communicative and personable. She reached out many times to offer extras! Her brother in law even gave my family a referral for house repairs, thank you so much!

Great place to stay with our young family while working up on our land during the day. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate multiple people and families. Would stay again

Kathy was great, very friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze and the home was amazing. Everything you need for a trip away from home. Peace and quiet was the goal and from start to end Kathy did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend the property and any others Kathy is associated with!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Forrest Condo Retreat! The location is absolutely beautiful! Peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by trees. The home itself was surprisingly spacious and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Anna was a great host! Responsive, friendly, and she left clear instructions that made check-in and the stay super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Pinetop, and a large part of that was due to our stay at the “Tree Tops.” Inside is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Our daughters loved the bunk bedroom, the 2 other rooms had sliding doors that let in the perfect amount of sunlight, evening breeze, and give you access to the balcony that spans the length of the condo. The balcony was one of my favorite places to hangout at night (especially with a drink in my hand). Though the property has other condos on it, the fact that you are surrounded by a forest and it’s so quiet makes it feel like it’s just you and your family out in the woods. The beds and couches were all very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs - we had all the amenities we could think of. Not far from the main road/highway which has a Safeway about 7 to 10 minutes away. A huge thank you to the hosts. Laura was so kind, helpful and had great communication. She was committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one!

We returned to Barbara's place on our honeymoon after staying here four years ago and loving it! Our second stay was just as nice and we loved the spaciousness of the loft, visiting the farm animals, and seeing the starry sky from our private deck.

This place was absolutely amazing. The BEST Airbnb I’ve stayed in by far, in all ways. Sharon was so flexible and easy to communicate with, allowing me to check in early and extend my stay last minute. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is immaculate, so beautiful and cozy, amazingly stocked with everything you could need and more. She has really thought of everything. Linens are pristine, so fresh, clean and comfortable. Location is right in the middle of the small town of Eager with everything within walking distance - restaurants, pizza, gas station, post office, grocery store, salons, ice cream too!!! Wonderful coffee shop right next door! If you’re coming to the Eager area, this is the place to stay. It is literally a 12 out of 10.

A perfect home away from home. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The area was beautiful. We were in and out majority of the time so we didn’t have time to use some of the amenities. The condo was clean and met our expectations, the only down side was the parking. We had to park on the other side of the lot and walk/carry our luggage. Other than that it was a great!

We enjoyed the condo as it was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although it was just the two of us it would be ideal for a family of four or two couples.

We always enjoy staying in this part of Pinetop for easy access to Sunrise. Condo was just what we needed- super clean, cozy, matched the description and found it easily. Added bonus is that many condos or cabins in Pinetop will advertise their fireplace, but once booked, you learn you can’t use it. We were allowed to use the fireplace, which made for a cozy evening after being on the slopes all day!

Great location for the bike race. Steve did an excellent job creating a pre check-in video showing where everything was. It made settling in very easy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The games available were great entertainment for my 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was perfect for our holiday vacation up to Pinetop. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside that lasted our entire stay. I hope to be able to stay again soon!

Chase was a great host , responded fast and was very helpful . Me and my family loved the space felt cozy ! Beautiful surrounding ! Would love to come back to this Airbnb in the further !!
