House by the sea

Η εξοχική μας κατοικία βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 1 στρέμματος, στην παραλία της Νάουσας (ή Aosa), Κύθνος. Είναι μία κλιματιζόμενη κατοικία, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την ακρογιαλιά, με εμβαδόν 60 τ.μ. Το σπίτι αποτελείται από μια ευρύχωρη σαλονοκουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μπάνιο, με δύο αυλές δύο επιπέδων. Στην υπερυψωμένη αυλή ,υπάρχει μια πέργκολα με ξύλινο σκίαστρο 2plank για πυκνή σκιά και δροσερές ώρες ρέμβης στη βεράντα, με φόντο την απαράμιλλη ομορφιά της θάλασσας.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στο μοναδικό νησί της Κύθνου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 70 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα στον κόλπο της Απόκρουσης. Μοναδική θέα η θάλασσα.... Κατάλληλο μέρος για χαλάρωση, ηρεμία και ξεκούραση. Απέχει μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από την Χώρα και ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η ξεχωριστή παραλία Κολώνα (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
