House by the sea

Our holiday home is located on the beach of Naoussa (Aosa), in Kythnos, on a 1000 m² plot. It is an air-conditioned 60 sq.m. house, just a few steps from the sea. It has a combined living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two courtyards on different levels. In the upper courtyard there is a pergola with a 2-plank wooden awning and a wonderful view of the sea. Access is via a private road, it has private parking and aluminium frames with screens on all openings.

Traditionally built house a few meters from the sea with a bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, TV and wardrobe, toilet with built-in sanitary ware, living room with sofa that becomes a double bed and armchair-bed, TV and kitchen fully equipped with full air conditioning can accommodate up to 5 people. The car stops 80 meters from the house and access is by stairs and a traditional alley. It has a large terrace with a living room and 2 beach loungers.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.

Bougainvillea House

My house was built in 2012 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It was an old oven of grandmother Maria who made honey, cheese and there was a loom that wove textiles!!
