Monthly Rentals in Ao Nang Beach

We would recommend this for anyone coming from the city, craving a view! It’s very central but far enough to be peaceful. The rooms have slightly different views, they are as pictured. There’s also a roof to go to. Our host was incredibly accommodating and so easy to communicate with. I asked her a lot of questions and even had a couple of mishaps and she was never bothered — just helpful, kind, and full of local recommendations. Honestly, I don’t usually expect this level of hospitality, it was such a lovely surprise. The room itself was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would just warn that it’s on top of a hill. So while there are many things in walking distance, the walk back is up hill. We scootered and took taxis.

Modern, Spacious, Comfortable and fully stocked. This place is an apartment complex with additional amenities like a shared pool. Overall the place was in great condition, beds are comfortable and the two bathrooms clean and stocked. One bed is in the living room but the bedroom can be closed. Two seperate AC units in each room. Check-in was done via staff at ground level, much like a hotel. Which was convenient. Communication was done extremely well and timely, nicely managed. For Ao Nang, the apartment complex is located extremely well. Right next to the main street and a few minutes to the beach. The view from this apartment specifically was great . Not a cheap stay by any means for the area but still good value nonentheless for what you get. Overall very pleased.

Gun was very responsive and friendly which made our stay very easy and comfortable. The place was even bigger than we expected from the photos could have used some more clothes storing options particularly for longer stays. We enjoyed the location because we enjoyed the 30 minute walk to the beach but if this doesn’t appeal to you it’s only a 5 minute drive!
