Cottage small but nice between the greenery

The cottage is located in a green wooded area, the village with shops, supermarket and some restaurants is 3 km away. You can enjoy the outdoors in a small garden, the birds can be heard. The cottage has a living room with kitchenette (2 gas burners, refrigerator, freezer, sink, kettle and coffee maker), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and next to it you will also find the washing machine. The bedroom has a single bed and plenty of closet space. We provide a bicycle, and you can also use the bus stop 500 m from the cottage. The cottage is located behind the main house and is completely separate from it.

This newly renovated duplex with airconditioning is located in our spacious garden.The ground floor offers a small but comfortable living space + 1 single bed. Another 2 single beds upstairs. Perfect for business travellers or small families. Since October ‘25 you can cook in the small kitchen! It has 2 hot plates, a fridge and a bbq outside. So you know: The little fireplace is electric.

Het huis ligt in een zeer rustige omgeving tussen de velden en weilanden. Hier kan u genieten van de stilte en het ruisen van de bomen van het achterliggende bos. De ruime en lichte studio op de bovenverdieping van onze gerenoveerde hoeve beschikt over een kitchenette, queensize bed, tv-hoek, eethoek en aparte badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet. De kamer is wel volledig verduisterbaar. Er is een ruime parkeergelegenheid op het terrein en stalling voor fietsen in de bijgebouwen.

Hooistek is a cozy and fairly modern holiday home behind a rural, detached house, easy to reach from the Geel Oost exit of the E313. Hooistek has its own entrance, has free WiFi. The holiday accommodation includes a private sauna that can be booked separately. Breakfast is available at a small extra charge. Gerhaegen nature reserve is within walking distance; princely De Merode is nearby, as well as Averbode and Diest. Numerous cycling route networks crisscross the region.

We are pleased to introduce you to our little cosy guest house, De Kluut. The Kluut is a bird from the family of the waders. In the cottage you will find this in a subtle way in the decoration. It is also a reference to the phrase ‘getting to his cluten’, because this guest nest used to be the cell cube of the adjacent governor's barracks. So the former guests had gotten on their "clutes". The future guests will be pampered with all the comforts in this tiny cottage.

Onze studio bevindt zich in de sous-terrain van ons huis, een gezellig toevluchtsoord dat perfect is voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakenreizigers. De locatie is gewoon fantastisch - binnen de Antwerpse ring, op een steenworp afstand van het levendige Zuid. Op slechts 20 minuten wandelen van het historisch centrum. Ideaal om te genieten van de rijke geschiedenis, te proeven van de lokale lekkernijen of gewoon de unieke sfeer van Antwerpen op te snuiven.

Welcome to our charming farmhouse at Laurence, Bernard ( my son) & Fil (our sweet dog). We have a cozy guest house furnished with private access. You can unwind completely here or take cozy walks nearby. Our guest house is located 4 minutes from Azelhof and close to Mechelen, Lier, Heist o/ Berg. Dogs are allowed under certain conditions.
