The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Great place, very homely in a fantastic location. If you’re staying in Belfast choose Nicola’s place. There is so much to do around her home and the bus goes from the door. If you are a family you can buy an all day family ticket for £10. The house was great and we were made to feel very welcome.

The apartment is very well located, a short walk from the city center and especially The Crown pub, which is convenient for several people. I recommend it for a long weekend stay. Chris provided all the useful information for the stay. I recommend this host.

This accommodation was perfect for our stay and so convenient I would recommend this place if staying in Belfast with a big group. House was amazing and walking distance to the city with plenty shops nearby. Linda was a great host and very responsive! 10/10 would stay again!

Great spot in north Belfast. ample parking for your car, good transport links down into the city. The house itself is warm and homely and has a lovely outside space in the back Really comfy sofa in the living room and nice modern kitchen

Lovely air b&b perfect for a get away! We stayed here for a hen do, and although we didn’t use a lot of the facilities such as kitchen they were fab! Very clean and beds comfy. Not in the centre but also only about a 5 min taxi drive or I’d say about a 20 min walk. Spacious home, would definitely stay again

We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Stephen's beautiful house which was extremely clean, roomy and equipped with all we needed. It is a perfect location for exploring Belfast or in our case visiting family with buses or gliders on the doorstep. We will be booking again on our next visit.

Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

Brilliant property - some friends and I were over for the Belfast marathon and had a great experience. Lovely owner and the place was convenient and exactly as described - would recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was as expected, clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location. Communication was clear and quick.

Patrick was extremely accommodating to me personally after a minor mixup with a different place of his that I was looking to book. He offered me a great deal on The Vintage and what a wonderful place to be in. Everything logistically was super straight forward, the place is extremely well supplied in terms of amenities to the point that I actually ended up with not that much communication with Patrick as everything was communicated to me well ahead of time. The location was perfect for me as someone back in Belfast for the Marathon where I was looking for a place equidistant between Stormont and Ormeau Park. The area is both close enough to everything you could want or need but also just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city that it was quiet in the evenings. I would highly recommend both Patrick as a host, and The Vintage as a place to stay!

Highly recommended, ideal location within walking distance of bus and train stops frequent public transport. Can't believe how close to Airport and within walking distance of it t oo . Quite area yet near enough to city .House was very comfortable with enough facilities. Beds were comfortable and were visibly clean and well looked after .Had a great stay and will definitely return again .Host was friendly and responsive and did not rush departure. Many thanks 😊

We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s for a friends wedding and extended weekend break so we really wanted a place to ourselves so we could come and go and also have space and privacy to cook and relax in the evenings and this ticked all the boxes. Location was great for us, the venue was walking distance and there’s plenty of bus routes into the city which is only a short ride away. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Hannah kindly left a few local recommendations. The neighbourhood was very quiet too. Would highly recommend for couples looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet and conveniently located in Belfast

We were very pleased with our stay! Jonathan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was clean and well-suited for a couple of nights. There were only two minor downsides: the hot/cold tap in the shower was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, and the location was a bit farther from the city center than expected, about a 35-minute walk or a short bus ride. Overall, it was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price.

I stayed over a long weekend and was very happy and would stay again. Elizabeth was very helpful and accommodating for early bag drop. The bedroom is very comfortable and there was a separate lounge for guest use, which included plentiful kitchen equipment, in which a good continental breakfast was provided, with a large modern TV in each room. Wi-Fi speed and signal are strong and fast. The private bathroom has a shower and bath with plenty of toiletries and fluffy towels. There are two frequent bus routes into town at either end of the street and on occasion I walked into the centre e.g. to the Falls Road and the Titanic Experience, about 30 and 45 minutes respectively. The neighbourhood feels very safe with parks and shops nearby. Free street parking is also available in the road.

Darren’s place was just what we needed. It was a really comfy room and bed. There were tons of public transit options to downtown Belfast and dining and bar places nearby as well. Darren was very flexible with check-in and was there if we needed anything. Would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s and would highly recommend. The house was super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. The location is spot on, set on a quiet residential street, but with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the glider stop for the 10 minute ride into the city centre is a stone’s throw away too. Finding the property and check in was hassle free and communication with David was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice, clean, spacious house. Three good size bedrooms. Check out is 11 o'clock, should be 12 but not enforced so we were able to stay on for more time but left before 12. Would recommend
