Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

It is an off-grid house located in an olive grove. It gets its energy from the sun and its water from the rain. In the spring months, the garden is completely covered with wild flowers. On the upper elevations of the garden and on the terrace in front of the house, there is a magnificent view of Lesbos on one side and a view of the mountains and valleys on the other. You can take long nature walks during the day, and you can swim in the sea within a 5-minute walk. You can enjoy waking up in a house where you hear no sound other than birdsong.

Assos/Sazlı Stone House

The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.
