Art of filoxenia was born through an idea of many years bringing to life the real term of filoxenia. This villa with the minimal approach in combination with the sophisticated decoration meet earth tones in a fully luxuriously shaped accommodation in the heart of Antiparos. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
