Honestly, one of our best trips. The location, price, amenities, ease. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Martin and his staff were amazing. Even had a lavender candle gift left for our anniversary. Would love to go back. Between my wife and I, I can say this was one of our best Florida vacations.

living space is very clean & well stocked. View of city and partial ocean is a highlight especially with ceiling to floor windows! love the valet parking & resort providing beach chairs and umbrella, it was needed in 90 degree weather! Building could invest in better gym equipment & thr pool area closed too soon for adults and pricing. overall great place!

I booked this place for my mom, and she absolutely loved her stay! She said the place was clean, cozy, and very peaceful. The host was kind and attentive, which made her feel safe and welcome, especially since she was traveling alone. I’m so happy she had such a great experience. Very comfortable flat, luxury conditions for Cuba, amazing views, the building is probably one of the best maintained in Old Havana, location is ideal for sightseeing, lots of things to see and some of the best restaurants in Havana are just around the corner, the host is very helpful for extra requests like helping to change money and arrange transportation. Cuba is definitely not the easiest place to travel even if you’ve been to many other Latin American countries, but if you stay here you’re definitely in good hands.

Excellent, I loved it

We had such an amazing and unforgettable time at this place. The room was spotless, everything clean and ready for us. The view from the room is to die for. We were surprised by the location, everything is so close, supermarkets, restaurants, banks. And don’t get me started with the staff. We were attended by Adrian, such a kind and helpful guy, he was available for us 24/7 and always gave us a 10/10 service. Him and another lady from the bar are a big part of the reason we want to come back. The breakfast was so amazing and delicious, we decided to have dinner there too and it was great also. As for Caity, an amazing host, always responded our messages and offered her help with everything. Overall one of the best places we’ve been in the area, if not the best.

The Element will be the place to go for us when we visit Fort Lauderdale in the future. They were so flexible with check-in and check-out. They allowed us to leave our luggage and called us when the unit was made available hours before check-in. They had all sorts of perks, such as wine & cheese, ice cream hour, and $25 per person for drinks at their bar. Not to mention breakfast every morning. They even have a free shuttle service to the beach between certain hours. Staff were super friendly and kind. Lastly, they had two laundry rooms for guests, which was our initial deciding factor. The rest was a bonus we discovered after checking in.

I am honestly speechless at how beautiful this location is. The pictures are not enough. This is a place that must be experienced in person. Whoever was behind designing this location did an amazing job. From the private pool to the detailing around the house, everything was amazing. Clean, neat and comfortable. Less is definitely more and the host understood the assignment!

The place is spectacular. Perfect to unwind with your partner. Recommended one hundred percent.

Such a great place to stay! The rooftop bar and pool is so nice and so were the rooms!

What a great place! From the moment you enter, you can tell you are in a special space. The ambience created here made the already peaceful Vieques even more peaceful. As a bonus, they provided all of the little things you might need when exploring the many beaches.

Staying here was a wonderful experience and I’m glad I was able to book it to surprise my bestie for her birthday! The place was just as described and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! I wish it was a microwave but I made it work with warming up my food on the stove lol. Thanks Jovany for such a lovely stay and hopefully me and my bestie will be back soon!

Beautiful view I enjoyed the place

Very helpful host, gave several tips on where to have a good coffee and also recommended great bars! Impeccable bed linen and towels — everything clean, smelling new! The place is very beautiful, the kitchen is shared, but it's really good to use, we had no problems. The pool was also clean! Anyway, excellent experience!

The stay at Boris's was fantastic. The room and bathroom are spacious, fresh, clean, bright. Everything works very well. Boris is extremely kind, and he gave us great advice on where to spend time and where to eat. He also found us a last-minute taxi at a great price for Havana airport, as Viazul had cancelled the bus trip without warning. I hope to be able to return to Playa Giron and your accommodation one day!

Yamira was very helpful! Even she was not around her response was still very prompt. The house is extremely nice. Clean, well maintained but simply and sweet. The space bedroom living room kitchen and bathroom is so practically and perfectly designed. Thank you!

excellent value and location, location, location. Very cozy and chill. Host was on top of everything and communicated well.

We had a great stay in the twin room. The room was spotless, there is AC and a fan, the shower pressure is incredible, and there are some toiletries you can use too. The building interior/rooms/kitchen are decorated beautifully, which makes it nice to stay there - you feel super chic! In the kitchen, you can keep food/drinks in the fridge, make yourself a coffee, and also use the washing machine. Jose and Luis, who welcomed us into the building, are wonderful people who gave us local recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is lively, central, and well-located to walk to other places of interest. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
