Great customer service and very friendly staff We stayed on the Manatee boat and it was very clean with some minor issues the staff would be happy to attend to if I asked them. We just didn’t use the tv much, but it wouldn’t turn off so we just placed it on soft music and used it for a sleep aid 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 Mike, the guy there recommended we stay in the Grey Lady next time but this was a great experience for us.

We stayed at this wonderful houseboat as we began our trip to the Florida Keys and it was perfect! We saw manatees, enjoyed dinner at the outdoor bar with locals, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Great location with a wonderful host!

Fully enjoyed staying on this tiny house on the water. Bed was comfy, loved the upper and lower deck and access to the Dive Bar and the food truck meant we could kick back and relax and not need to go anywhere. Local musicians at night and corn hole and a fire pit rounded out the experience. Loved our quick stay!

We stayed at Mangrove Marina for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I happened to find houseboat accommodations by accident and I'm glad I did. The houseboat was great and the views were awesome. The Marina is super cozy with a great pool and areas to cook and eat. We loved watching the distant lightning show from the deck of our houseboat. Mike was great to work with and an awesome host!

Tony was an excellent host! We are locals and did this as a staycation. Beautiful views, and really comfortable space. Highly recommend this spot! The kayak was an awesome addition, there’s a little sandbar and island close by. Would definitely do this again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazing! Easy paddle to the house from the dock, no parking issues, and the home was wonderful! We saw manatees multiple times on the paddle out. Communication was top notch. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This was our second stay with Sergey and certainly not our last! He is a great host and made sure we had the best stay! The houseboat is out of this world! The location couldn’t be better. It’s so peaceful and plenty to do around the boat. Quick drive into town. Sergey is always available to answer questions or anything else we needed. We loved the kayaks, houseboat roof, and snorkeling around the boat. The trip of a lifetime! Thank you again, Sergey!! We hope to see you again soon!

This was the first time staying on a houseboat and it was well worth it! We were only able to stay the one night to fit it into our schedule. Toni was very responsive. She even moved our stay before we checked in to another house boat because the a/c was not working in the one we booked. There were 3 of us staying and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy. There is a deck from which you can view beautiful sky colors around sunset. We would recommend staying at this resort if you would like to switch things up from a typical hotel stay.

Great place. We stayed the night. There are kayaks and boats you can use. Nice common area. Really nice park called Founders Park with a beach very close. We had dinner at the amazing Marker 88.

Enjoyed our stay at the Aqualodge! We’ve always wanted to stay on a boat and now we have! Place looked just as good as pictures! Great bedding and mattresses were really comfortable! Use of bikes/kayaks and the Cabana Club outstanding!

A wonderful experience! We enjoyed our week on the Yacht, "Comfortably Numb". The Host was exceptional. Keliy, was very clear and attentive. She recommended bike rentals, local attractions, beach location, and views from the deck. The place smelled fresh and clean. The indoor temperature was cool. The humidity was controlled. We loved the bean bag seats to watch the sunrise and sunsets from the deck. The indoor accommodations was very large, roomy, and comfortable. We plan to reserve this place again in the future. We learned alot since we are are planning to purchase a yacht for full time living and charter boat fishing. The houseboat surpassed our expectations! Beautiful, clean, perfect location. Star gazing from top deck at night, seeing sea life in the water from the lower deck and a slide into the water! Kayaks and paddle boards were available to use to enjoy exploring around the island. We enjoyed the facilities at St Francis Resort. The hospitality of the employees was above and beyond. Highly recommend this houseboat. Thank you for a very memorable visit.

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

We stayed from Sunday to Friday and had an incredible time! The location was perfect—just a short drive to all the excitement of Key West, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The houseboat was spotless, cozy, and a perfect fit for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself was stunning, and the pool was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring. The neighbors were so friendly, and the entire community had such a welcoming vibe. We would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway—and we’re already planning our next visit!

Amazing visit. The houseboat is roomy, well-appointed, quiet, clean. Didn’t need to run the air conditioning unit with the cool breeze running through the boat. Great bed. Kitchen was fine for breakfast and lunch items. Adequate supply of utensils and condiments, although we brought aboard our own preferred brand of coffee. We took our evening meals ashore. Kelly was the perfect host, making sure that we, a couple in our 80s, not only understood the intricacies of houseboat living, but were confident in using the dinghy to and from the boat. During our stay he was readily available for any problems or needs, even anticipating them. He was a source of information, including island activities and restaurants. We did take the 2-person kayak out. Other water toys available. Thanks Kelly for making our stay a relaxing adventure. As a Navy veteran, it was “good to be at sea again,” although firmly anchored. We already miss waking to the view of the mangroves through the bedroom windows.

Great place , due to personal reasons my stay was short but would have loved to have more time!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

Great option to experience what Key West has to offer without doing the typical "tourist stay spot". The listing describes the boat and it's mooring accurately, so make sure to read all the details :) We couldn't have asked for a cooler spot to wrap up a week traipsing through the Keys. Caught a couple of little fishies off the back, watched a lot more fishies (and crabs and nurse sharks and birds and more), took in the stars from the top deck, kayaked a bit, and enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. Definitely a cool option for travelers that have seen enough generic hotel rooms to last 'em

The tiki was incredible, we had ama amazing time. The only thing is that the tiki is not 20 minutes from the dry tortuga national park, we had to go by sea plane because the timing of shuttle to and from the tiki did not allow to use the ferry. Regardless the tiki experience itself was really incredible just make sure to add in the expenses for the shuttle back and forth.

Jays place was pretty good! Love the houseboat idea !
