Villa holiday rentals in Antigua Guatemala

Great place. Very modern, spacious and clean. Felt brand new with a really nice layout. A lot of natural light. Very large comfortable bed. Would be a nice place for a long term stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Main Plaza, or you can walk 5 minutes and get a Tuk Tuk and be anywhere fairly quickly. If staying right in the center of town is not overly important to you, I highly recommend this place.

Jorge is a great host, I support us at all times, he was very kind in supporting us with taking us to the airport since we were difficult to get transportation and even support us to be able to buy something to eat because we arrived exhausted. It made us feel like a friend in another country and that is worth it.

The accommodation is great, it perfectly matches the description and the photos, it is very comfortable and is impeccable. Very cute and stylish decor. Jeannete and her staff were very attentive. We will surely repeat.

The house was lovely, just like in the pictures and even more. It was the perfect space during our vacation. It has nice little touches inside, plenty of room, and it’s in a great area with an amazing view of the volcano. Very clean and comfortable. Waleska was super helpful and always checked in to make sure we had what we needed. We had a few hiccups getting from the airport, but she made sure we got there fine and helped make check-in and checkout really smooth. I’d definitely stay here again!

I want to start out by saying what a wonderful host Suzanne is. She is very kind, very patient, and super helpful. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The community is very safe. I enjoyed my stay! I would love to stay here again.

Very nice villa, according to the photographs, the house was very well decorated and clean, the caretakers are very friendly and Ricardo is always attentive, very close to the center of Antigua Guatemala. Very good stay. I would give you a plus if the rooms had AC otherwise 10/10

I loved the place, it's quite quiet and perfect for being with family away from the city and with a perfect location.

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

What a beautiful home with a truly wonderful staff! We absolutely love staying here. Susy is an incredible cook, and Samuel, the groundskeeper, is always so attentive and kind. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms throughout the house make it perfect for our large group of 20. Staying with Eric and his team is always a pleasure. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our group of 6 stayed here 3 nights during our first trip to Guatemala. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities (hot tub, sauna, kayaks, fire pit, hammocks), natural beauty and accommodation. The highlight of the property is the beautiful landscaping and there are numerous locations to sit and enjoy the view of the lake and volcanoes. We walked on the road to San Marcos in 25 minutes or you can flag down a tuktuk. The public ferry dropped us off and picked us up directly at the home’s dock where the on-site caretaker Juan was waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage and was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. The kitchen is ready for cooking and has spices. Best to get groceries in Panajachel before boarding the ferry if you want a one stop market. We loved our stay.

Amazing place, the listing photos are beautiful but in person it exceeded expectations. The house is very spacious, with many environments so that, although there are many people, everyone can have their space. It has everything you need. The beautiful garden as well as the exit to the lake. Very close to Santiago that also the main street very nice. Don Eduardo is very friendly. He supported us a lot. We will surely return, thank you very much for everything.

Everything was as advertised and Daniel went above and beyond with his staff in accommodating us, helping us cross the lake, and also having staff with cleaning up around the house as we were away sightseeing. You get everything you pay for and more. Highly recommend.

The pool was stunning, with an incredible view that made every swim feel luxurious and serene. But the true highlight was the temazcal—a powerful, soulful experience that left us feeling renewed and deeply connected to the surroundings. Every detail felt intentional, from the fresh flowers placed in the home to the quiet, restful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Breakfast in the morning was a treat—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. This place is a hidden gem. We left feeling grateful, grounded, and already planning our return. 🌺

Amazing stay. Just what we needed, a week in paradise. Just a short boat ride to each town on the lake. Elizabeth, Fredy and Franco were kind, patient and helpful anytime we needed something. Elizabeth cooked us a dinner and breakfast that were delicious and affordable. The outdoor sauna was heaven. We took a private Cessna back to Guatemala City airport, only a 25 minutes flight, on our way home. Which was a thrilling treat with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Perfectly located, with bus service to the center and go wherever you want. Cute the airbnb; clean and tidy. Definitely would return

i stayed here for 30 days and had absolutely no problems while there. Good internet, comfortable and had everything I needed to be comfortable. Door, grounds, maid were very nice and always had a smile on them. i would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hostess stayed on top of things if we needed anything.

This was an amazing stay! The place was extremely clean! They send a lunch menu daily for anyone interested as well as weekly activities going on in Antigua. There was an awesome pool & hot tub. It was so beautiful! The bathrooms were nice and clean. They offer laundry service for a fee. All my clothes came back perfect and beautifully folded. Marjeory was amazing & so kind and helpful! Tom was also great and very responsive. They arranged for transportation to & from the airport for a fee which was extremely convenient. The place was a little bit of a further walk from the center, but this made it nice and quiet at night to sleep. It was also very very safe which I loved. Ubers to the center were around $3 american dollars. Times we wanted to walk and sight see it was about 20 mins walking. Not bad at all. The ONLY thing I felt this place was missing is a full length mirror in the room. Besides that this was pure perfection. The pool had a huge mirror

The place looks just like in the photos: a small paradise. The hosts are extremely kind and always willing to help. Herwin, the young man in charge of guest services, is polite, helpful, and gave us great tips. Everything was spotless. The jacuzzi worked well, and the pool was nearly empty during our stay (we visited in April, likely due to the low season). I recommend staying in touch with the host. Our cabin had no AC or fans, which surprised us, but it wasn’t hot enough to need them. If visiting between June and September, ask the host in advance. Also, note that the house is in San Pedro Las Huertas, outside Antigua, so you’ll need a car or taxi (it’s an 18-minute drive to the center). That said, it’s a safe and beautiful spot. You wake up to the sounds of animals by your window. Peacocks sleep beside the cabins. We loved waking to birdsong and having our first coffee with breathtaking volcano views. Highly recommended.

The house was very beautiful, clean, quiet, and well stocked. Security was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We were near the central market in Antigua 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes via tuk tuk Q30. Walking distance from the local shops and great restaurants. We will recommend this place to everyone. The host was very attentive and responded immediately. We arrived 3 hours early and we’re worried that they would not be able to accommodate us but the host was very nice and worked with the care takers and let us check in early.
