House holiday rentals in Antigua Guatemala

The house was perfect for our friend trip in Antigua! The location was very central to everything in the area, everything is an easy walk or short uber ride away. The gate guard was very friendly and helpful. The space itself was perfect for the 5 of us. Clean and had everything we needed!

The house is spacious clean and very comfortable. We stayed for five weeks to be close to our son’s family. There is a little tienda on the estate and a pool and park. It costs about $10 for an Uber to Antigua and there are lots of food deliveries nearby. We will book again

Very clean house with everything we needed. Perfect for families. Nice rooftop and swimming pool. 15min walking distance to the city center. We had a good stay.

Location: perfect, Staff: perfect, pool: perfect, amenities: perfect, design and decor: perfect… there’s nothing that I would change about the experience my family and I had at Kuxtal 14A. It was a beautiful, relaxing dream. Kuxtal has spoiled me for all other Airbnbs. Amazing and caring Staff and beautiful home!! Book it!

wonderful house, great pool that's heated as well as perfect for our toddler. The backyard had a little house for him to play in. Uber had no problem getting my family there. This house is located on the way back to Guatemala City, so to go to Antigua from this house was a 26 minute drive. So close, yet so far. loved the place, but the location and lack of full amenities in the kitchen meant food was a bit difficult. i bet on the weekend it is easier when the restaurant opens.

100% recommending, my friends and I were delighted with the place, the area and how well organized the house is, excellent conditions and accessible place with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, Ana was a wonderful host, 100% attentive, responsible and charismatic. Alessandra’s house is fully equipped and well located (in a nice and secure neighborhood) just a 10 minute walk to Antigua’s central park. Had a wonderful weekend, highly recommended!

The house was very spacious and had spectacular views from the upstairs balcony. The host was super responsive. House was very clean and well equipped. It’s in a gated community with 24hr security guards. It is a little further out than what we thought from Central Park but Uber is inexpensive so not a deal breaker. Extra towels and toilet paper would have been nice, but I did not ask for extras and I’m sure the host would have provided at request. Highly recommend for your stay in Antigua.

Stayed 4 nights with family in Feb 2025. Excellent accommodation & facilities with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine & drier, TV with streaming services etc. Didn't use the pool but looked nice. The casita is tucked down the back of a gated community so is very secure & quiet. An oasis in a busy town. It's probably 15 mins walk to the Parque Central with a couple of surprisingly good Asian restaurants nearby (Masil for Korean, Wow Thai). We also enjoyed Por Que No and Maxan. Julie & team were super-responsive & we appreciated the late check out on the last day. Recommended.

This is one of those times where I don’t want to leave a positive review because I don’t want it to be booked up next time we come back. Really was the perfect home for our time in Antigua. Far enough away from city it’s quiet, but close enough to walk. Plenty of room in the house and gardens with all sorts of extra spaces to enjoy. Well equipped with everything we needed and maintained by the local staff. Can’t wait to return!

Everything is super, if it is a bit far from Antigua but the house is very nice and comfortable

The apartment complies with everything necessary I have essential to make your stay a very comfortable one. It is 20min from Antigua Guatemala, which to tell the truth are not many KMs but the street is a bit cobbled (one of its biggest attractions of course) but that's why it is handled with care and that takes a bit, but beyond the road, its spaces are very well distributed and one of the things I liked is that there is private parking both inside and outside the property. The weather is pleasant and during the night it adapts very well to the rooms. I definitely recommend it to future guests.

Gabriel’s place was clean, peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The garden was majestic, full of blooming roses. It is a big roomy house and was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was more than enough towels and bed linen. I recommend Gabriel’s place without hesitation.

Great place to stay, little out of the way from Antigua but not difficult to get to.

A beautiful casa in an quiet, safe and optimal location. The housekeeper Elma was super responsive and was able to accommodate an early check-in. I look forward to staying here again because there's just so much to do in Antigua. Only downside was that sometimes the wi-fi was spotty.

This is a cozy and comfortable home around an open-air courtyard, with a small terraza above with views to the volcano. It's quite walkable to all the tourist areas of Antigua but on a quiet sidestreet, and feels quite safe.
