Free parking is available along the road. 40 square meters, bright, consisting of an entrance, an equipped and habitable kitchen with a table for 4 people, a large bedroom with a double bed, a bridge wardrobe, blankets and pillows available, on request the possibility of adding a single bed, a full bathroom with a shower, with a window. Independent entrance, independent heating, Wi-Fi, smart monitor.

The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 small bedroom with a double bed (4 total beds), a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Outside is a large shaded veranda, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. In the area there are shops for basic necessities and some restaurants. The house is located 10/15 min from the city center.

The quiet, picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from Downtown.

Our house is a quiet residence, surrounded by a terracotta terrace dedicated to relaxation, furnished with sunbeds and deck chairs and a shared garden, each apartment with its own relaxation area. We will be happy to welcome you to make your stay more pleasant.

Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.
