Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Set on a wooded plot, your children will be able to fully enjoy this outdoor space! Come and discover this small village, close to all the essential shops located in the middle of the Auvergne volcanoes. 45 minutes from the Super Besse, Le Lioran, Le Mont Dore ski resorts. You will enjoy the many hiking trails and beautiful landscapes! The family-friendly municipal pool will welcome you.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
