Just a wonderful place to stay when traveling to French riviera! Very clean and cosy place, 15 min away by walk from old town of Antibes. Easy to get to Cannes and Nice by train. And if you have a car there is a private free parking space near the building. Very close to seaside. 100% recommended!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. On foot to reach Larvotto Beach you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. We really enjoyed our experience here and hope to be able to repeat it in the future. A big thank you to Charles and Anane for their warm hosting!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Host always attentive, responsive and pleasant. The accommodation is modern and spacious with a tree-lined terrace and not overlooked. The residence is well equipped (swimming pools, tennis, petanque) and secure. Perfect for a stopover or holiday! Recommended +++

I stayed at this property for about 10 days. The house is very clean, tidy and equipped with every comfort as well as indoor parking. Very close to the center, just steps to the beach and supermarket. The host was always super responsive and very kind at the time of our arrival. I recommend the property to everyone; it is also suitable for families with children.

Great location. Balcony with sea view perfect for breakfast. Balcony facing the cul-de-sac, therefore quiet living. Walking distance to various beaches, old town, shops... possible. Maurice writes back quickly and takes care of it.

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!

I have stayed at over 7 different airbnbs and this one blew all of them out of the water due to the amenities that were included with the stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet as well with a beautiful pool, tennis and ping pong. The only downside for me was the size of the kitchen but that’s because I’m a high calorie human and I like to cook a lot. Besides that everything is perfect and just as described if not better
