This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

A very nice stay at Carine's place. The latter is ideally located to enjoy the charms of the old city of Antibes. It is also close to Antibes train station and easy to access by public transport. Carine responds quickly to messages and was very accommodating for the arrival and departure of the rental.

Beatrice's place is an authentically french tuck away in the midst of all that is the French Riveira. Cagnes Sur Mer is a village full of nooks and crannies filled with flowers and artisans. The restaurants overlook the stunning hills of the region. Beatrice is helpful regarding any needs and is a delightful person with history in the area. Staying in Cagnes Sur Mer gave us quick a cess to cycling in the region - hills, culs and the flats. It was all breathtaking!

We had a great stay in Antibes… location is good near the train station if you wish to visit other towns on the coast. Walkable to the old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The balcony is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it is nice to be able to open the French doors. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit is located up two flights of stairs but the elevator does not start on the ground floor, so you will have to carry it up a flight at least. Mahlia was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and was very friendly and available. Definitely recommend this spot!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Thank you to Christiane and René for their very warm welcome and availability. I had a great stay in the well appointed studio, unfortunately the weather was not there to enjoy the pool. Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll be back sometime!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa with stunning sea views. The villa was sparkling clean and very comfortable. It was also ideally located, close to downtown, with easy access. We really enjoyed our experience here and hope to be able to repeat it in the future. A big thank you to Charles and Anane for their warm hosting!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Good stay, the apartment is lovely furnished. There is enough space and there is everything you need, only the beds could be more comfortable. The location is excellent for numerous excursions in the area, many also within a short distance, both beaches, museums and other attractions. The apartment is in an urban location, a bus stop right outside the door, restaurants, shops, theaters, fire department and swimming pool next door. As a result, it is of course not quite so quiet, due to some larger construction sites in the immediate vicinity. Very nice reception by Sabrina from Azur KeyGuest, excellent communication. Highly recommend.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

Host always attentive, responsive and pleasant. The accommodation is modern and spacious with a tree-lined terrace and not overlooked. The residence is well equipped (swimming pools, tennis, petanque) and secure. Perfect for a stopover or holiday! Recommended +++

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!
