Holiday rentals with beach access in Antalya

Whilst this is a walk from town the location is lovely with amazing views of the sea. We loved our stay and will be back

I really liked the place, it looked exactly like in the photos, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Everything was clean, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged. Comfortable bed, good AC, lovely kitchen, and a cozy renovation overall. Just a heads-up for future guests: the apartment is on the ground floor, with a direct entrance from the street. The space is quite compact, and while the photos give a sense of openness (thanks to open curtains), in reality, it can feel less private. Even though the windows are tinted, it’s not very comfortable to keep the curtains open when people are passing by. There might also be a bit of humidity, since it’s almost at basement level, but I didn’t experience any major discomfort during my stay. All in all, it’s a well-priced, thoughtfully designed place — just be aware of the layout and level. Thank you!

В жизни даже лучше чем на фото! Очень красивый вид из огромного окна, терасса с видом на море и горы! В доме было все что нужно! Дом удобный! Чистое белье и чистые полотенца! Есть вся нужная посуда! Матрас очень удобный! Мы были с двухлетним ребенком и моей мамой и всем понравилось! Для ребенка безопасно, для мамы уютно! До магазинов пять минут пешком! В двух минутах ходьбы есть рестораны! До пляжа пять минут! Расположение отличное! Мы были без коляски и с ребенком ходили без проблем потому что все что нужно рядом! Хозяин нас встретил и все рассказал, был на связи и быстро отвечал! Мы хотим вернуться! Главное преимущество это студия, качественная мебель, чистота, терасса и шикарный вид!

Eşimle birlikte yaptığımız tatilde Tayfun’un evinde kalmayı tercih ettik. Konum olarak ev çok iyi bir yerde arabamızı park ettikten sonra gidene kadar çalıştırma ihtiyacı hissetmedik. Zaten şehrin merkezinin çoğunda araba da kullanılmadığı için her yer yürüme mesafesindeydi. Evin hemen altında , 5 dakika mesafede bulunan plajlarda günümüzü geçirdik. Evimiz ter temiz ve çok kullanışlıydı. Girişimiz çok kolay ve pratik oldu . Park sorunu da çekmedik. Oldukça rahat ettik Sideye yine yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle yine aynı yerde konaklarız. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Sema hanım çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Bize her konuda elinden gelen yardımı yaptı, güçlü iletişimi için öncelikle teşekkür ederiz. Bayram zamanı gidiyoruz diye fiyat artırımı yapanlara inat kendisi fiyat konusunda yardımcı oldu biz gençlere🙏 Ev çok güzel bir konumda, yürüyerek Konyaaltı sahiline ve cafe/restoranlara rahatlıkla ulaşım sağladık. Teras ve balkon kısmı favorimizdi, bol bol keyif yaptık 💜 Ev gayet temizdi,mutfak eşyaları da yeterliydi.Bu güzel konaklama için teşekkür ederiz, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle 🫶🏻

As described a nice place! The apartment is nice and spacious and a good layout, bed also comfy. I would give this place an 8/10. A few silly faults - I found the apartment to be dark as it’s on ground level, the privacy wasn’t a problem as you couldn’t see in from outside but if you are spending a lot of time inside during the day it is very dark. The clothes dryer was also a problem, we did a lot of washing but the clothes dryer was broken and we weren’t able to hang on this, for a small amount a new one could be found from Migros and this problem would be solved quickly. The parking was a problem, the building has an underground parking lot but this was not accessible during our stay as they had no remote to open the door. The street parking was always full meaning we were parking 5 or 10 minute walk away, not great in the rain:( Last, the cleaning fee, on arrival found cigarettes crushed in the crack of the sofa, with lighters and crumbs. Not ideal when paying a cleaning fee

Benim ailem ile birlikte ilk Airbnb aracılığı ile yaptığım tatil organizasyonuydu. Son derece memnun kaldık. Konumu mükemmeldi. Denize 5 dakikalık bir yürüyüş ile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Evin konumu doğal, saklı bir bahçe. Üstelik pırıl pırıl bir havuz, sanki tamamen size ayrılmış. Ev gayet temiz fakat banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Onun dışında birde eve ulaşmadan önce ev sahibi ile mutlaka iletişime geçip konum istemek lazım. Sistemdeki konum sizi biraz farklı bir yere götürebiliyor. Bunun dışında biz bundan sonra tatillerimizi bu tarz bir organizasyon ile yapacağız. Son derece ekonomik ve en güzel tarafı UHD tatil yerleri ile aynı denizi kullanıyorsunuz... :)

Great host, great communication. Beautiful home in peaceful surroundings. Would love to come back to this special place to wake up to that incredible view and swim again with the sea turtles one day!

If you want to be near to the village it is a great location. It was a great base if I want to stay in , plenty of areas to relax, also close to be back on an a night safely. Close to the beach, restaurant ,beach clubs , nightlife. I was aware during the day the road , which is narrow and was hardly used for cars , has got a lot busier. I walked through the back streets. The hosts were very helpful prior to going with transfer. I got into Kalkan early hours . So flexible check in. Host communicated with transfers pick up location. If you have been before you know the Turkish people will be very helpful . I wish the host a successful year 💕

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Alparslan’s place. It was a spacious apartment with everything we needed and fully matching the description. We felt at home. The sea was like 5 minutes of walking with a few decent options for eating out along the way. Alparslan provided us a list of local recommendations which turned out to be helpful. He was always very responsive, kind and helpful. I’m glad we ended up choosing that place for our family vacation and I can easily recommend it to my friends.

Wir durften eine schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Süleyman hat uns persönlich empfangen, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und war sehr herzlich. Auch die Tiere im Garten (Katzen, Hühner und eine Ente) haben sich gleich unserer Familie angeschlossen. Kommen wir wieder in die Gegend, würden wir wieder hier buchen.

Hayam Evi was the perfect base for our off-season holiday in Kalkan. The house is exceptionally well equipped and we felt at home immediately. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace for soaking up some spring sunshine and were visited there by some intrepid local cats. My son loved the fact we were so close to the beach and several times a day marched down in his wetsuit for a chilly dip! We went out everyday to visit local archaeological sites and walk some of the Lycian Way and it was wonderful to come back to the cosiness of the house. Thanks Deborah. We'll be back!

Tolles und großzügiges Apartment mit Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Toilette vorhanden. Nur zu empfehlen!

Orhan’ın evine ikinci gelişim .Her gelişimde imkanların daha bir artmış olduğunu görüyorum . Temizlik her zamanki gibi mükemmeldi . Böylesi güzel bir mekan için teşekkür ederim Orhan ☺️

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

It‘s a great apartment and a great host! The view was amazing, especially for sunrise. It’s perfect to have walks by the beach and to relax. I felt like at home and would definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay! The airconditioning system worked really well and it was very much needed during our stay. The apartment is in walking distance from some nice places to eat and the beach is not too far either. Pro tip: Use Deniz taxi to and from the city center, it is a minibus that drives back and forth between the beach and the city. Just get to a bus stop and look out for the mini bus with «Deniz» written on it. (You may have to wait for a while)

Très bien situé, à proximité de la plage. Cuisine pas très fonctionnelle mais c’est très facile de se nourrir à proximité : beaucoup de restaurants peu chers.

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
