Villa holiday rentals in Anse Marcel

From the time we booked the property, the host was very easy to reach and immensely helpful. Angie was waiting for us at the house when we arrived and answered our questions. The home was perfectly situated in a lovely private drive, but only 3-5mins walk to what felt like a private beach. We loved everything about this property from start to finish and appreciated the proximity to restaurants in Nettlé Bay and the grocery store. We can hardly wait for our next visit and hope to stay in this home once again.

We enjoyed our stay with Coralie. She had everything we could possibly need for the house and the beach. We had a few mishaps with the stove, but they were there to walk us through how to fix it. The house is very cozy and makes you feel right at home. The area was nice and we felt safe. There’s a little bakery up the road that serves great food and the staff were friendly. For our first time in Sint Maarten, this was an ideal location. The only minor complaint would be the two way glass on the second bedroom lets you see directly into the bedroom at night with the light on. This leaves little room for privacy. I would recommend putting a curtain in the doorway of the shower/sink area to allow for guests to be able to change out of their clothes and get ready for bed at night in private. Other than that, great stay! Would stay here again.

Great house with well apportioned amenities and supplies of all sorts. Plenty if towels, soaps, cleaning agents, and just about anything you would need in a home without worry. The grounds are great as well with a functional grill. You will need a front wheel drive car to get up the drive way or jeep. We had a mini van but it was too light in the rear to make it up the driveway which is a fairly steep incline. We needed the exercise anyway! Great home!

A great house. Looks like the photos. It has an extremely practical layout for groups or families and the outdoor pool area and views are spectacular. Magali and Cathy were always friendly and responsive and extremely honourable to deal with. Any concerns we had were taken seriously and responded to immediately. An example of how great the hosts were : our 3 year old left his favourite stuffed animal in the world behind in the house when we left, and we only discovered this when already at the airport. Cathy drove the toy across the island to our friends that were staying another night, and our friends brought it home to us the next day. We are so appreciative and so is our son!

We just returned from an unforgettable week at Villa Corrine in Sint Maarten, and I honestly don’t know where to begin—it was that incredible. This villa is everything you dream about when you think “luxury oceanfront escape,” and then some. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The privacy, the jaw-dropping views, the elegant decor—every detail of Villa Corrine is curated to perfection. Whether you're lounging by the pool with the ocean as your backdrop, enjoying a morning coffee with the breeze flowing through the open spaces, or simply relaxing in one of the beautifully appointed rooms, you feel like you're in your own private paradise. And the view? Let's just say waking up to that ocean every morning felt like a dream. This magical villa was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating spaces that we’ve ever stayed at. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough. Thank you for sharing this incredible space with us!

This was such a beautiful place to stay, the pictures don't do it justice. The outside area included an outdoor shower, a perfect place to rinse off after day at the beach. The pool was a great size and the kids went swimming multiple times a day. The area around the pool was beautiful with areas of both shade it sun. We got to see many geckos and even a large iguana which enjoyed the sunshine on the fence. The kitchen had everything we needed, the host even provided some water and juice in the fridge upon arrival. All the bathrooms had rainshowers and the host provided soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. This was the perfect home for us, we would love to stay here again in the future!

Wait until you see the view! The photos can’t do it justice. The house was clean, comfortable, and so close to the best places to visit on the French side. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. This was our first time to St. Martin. The house was perfect for us and even more beautiful in person. The view is amazing. They island was amazing. A short walk down the hill to access the beach, restaurants and stores was great. Dan and Flo were wonderful, helpful and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area. We can't wait to come back!

The house was exactly as listed, the view is even better in person. The team was more than helpful. They gave many great contacts for different services while we were out there making the trip a breeze. There is a restaurant and beach within a 5 min. walk from the house which was nice. Would definitely book again!

Villa Livity was a dream! This lovely large six-bedroom vacation home was perfect for our extended family. It was quiet and clean with the bonus of a secluded pool. Isa was so easy to work with during check-in and responded to our questions within seconds. The Villa had everything we needed, including beach and pool towels, and was located only a few minutes' walk to the beach, the market and the local restaurants. Our family of 12 was very comfortable and happy and we will definitely return!

This Airbnb was exactly as described; it is a beautiful property with amazing views. Maia is an amazing host, and her staff are very attentive. We were met at the airport (rental car office) and guided back to the property. The house is located on the resort property and is gated in order to enter. The house is large with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Our family of 4 adults never felt cramped or invaded. The bedrooms are all large with private balconies or a patio. You definitely need a car as there is anything in walking distance once you leave the resort property. We didn't utilize the resort amenities other than the day we arrived and ate at the bar & grill. Overall, this is a great house and you will be very pleased if you choose this property, we loved it!

Leslie’s house is immaculate and very functional. Great AC and a lovely lap pool to keep you cool. Simpson Bay is serene and so peaceful especially at night! There was some construction happening as this is a newer area I believe- the host did inform us of that. Loved having a cleaner visit throughout the weeks stay. Overall a wonderful place to stay :) we would go back if life allows

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to local shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The home itself was top-notch—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight, though, was definitely the pool! It was pristine and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Our stay was AMAZING!!! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any requests. the concierge who checked us in had a lot of knowledge about the island, things to do, even helped us with reserving a catamaran experience. We truly didn't want to leave the island and we really felt like we were at home with how comfortable it was. I can't thank them enough for the amazing experience and gorgeous home with the beautiful views I've ever seen. Thank you for being so awesome and hospitable in your gorgeous home.

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

This Airbnb was beautiful ! Such a calm stay , view is beautiful everything was clean ! The pool was perfect ! I would stay here again . They provide everything you need . The host are super responsive, it was great !

Wow. Let’s just start there! Went to St Martin and rented this beauty for several days for my birthday. The pictures do not do it justice, the home is STUNNING, impeccably and thoughtfully decorated, very safe and the cherry on top: the entire home smells divine! The beds are the best I’ve slept on in an airbnb. The home is fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Vanessa even left a bowl of adapters for us - so thoughtful. Vanessa was super responsive, provided recommendations and answered all questions. We absolutely enjoyed our first time traveling to St Martin and WILL be back. Highly, highly recommend!!

This place is amazing. Feels like a luxury hotel yet is a villa. Like brand new. service level is outstanding. Anything you want they are there for you. Is waiting to greet you and every day available to answer questions about the island or book reservations for you. Includes cleaning staff..pool guy and groundskeeper. Happy Bay is a 10 min walk along a path and we'll worth it for swimming in clear turquoise water with very few people on the beach. He even had beverages in the frig for our use all week..lots of them. Large grocery store about 10 min drive. Rent a car and it will include someone waiting at the airport for you and your rental will be sitting at the villa for you. Bring mosquito spray ..they are tiny but annoying. You won't be disappointed in renting Villa Be Happy..it is luxurious.

All I can say is WOW. Villa Ancre Bleue is absolutely amazing. It’s one of my favorite Airbnb houses of all time. The view is stunning, the house is beautiful- very cool architecture, boho chic vibe, well stocked and very clean. The house felt very private even though it’s close to other houses. Also loved the neighborhood of Cul de Sac. Very easy to get taxis to Grand Case and all over the island. Can’t wait to come back!!

Stephanie's property was luxe and beautifully maintained. The view from the entire house was stunning and the covered patio provided sun protection whenever you needed it. The pool was lovely for swims. The location of the home is on the French side of St. Maarten, within a 5-7 minute drive of many excellent French restaurants and the Anse Marcel Beach resort is a 3 minute drive down the hill where you are able to rent anything you need to enjoy the ocean. Stephanie was very responsive and informative. We hope to return!
