The geographical location of the cottage between the bridges of Tancarville and Brotonne is ideal for visiting the area. Paris is 2 hours 20 minutes via the A13, Le Havre is 50 km away and Rouen is 60 km away.

Welcome to Karine and Guillaume, in their Normandy cottage in the heart of the Pays de Caux, close to the banks of the Seine, abbeys and hiking or cycling trails. Adjoining the family home, possibility of access to the large flowered vegetable garden where you will observe the peaceful life around the fenced pond and get to know their friendly animals. The gite with capacity for 5 people +an extra, also has an enclosed garden, a private terrace and a dedicated parking lot.

At the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for 2 persons, 3 comfortable chairs, a closet, TV, a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room with WC. Upstairs (steep staircase): 2 connecting rooms separated by a wardrobe, WC with hand washing. A bed of 140x190cm and two beds of 90x190cm. Garden salon, sun decks, table-tennis table, private parking.

A wide choice of restaurants and shops is available 5 minutes drive from the house in Caudebec en Caux.
