The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

At the foot of the Centaurs mountain, Pelion, there is a beautiful and quiet apartment 5km from the center of Volos and the sea, 6km from Portaria and Makrinitsa and 17km from Chania and the ski resort.
