This special Beach Suite was completed in 04/2022 and is unique in its direct location by the sea and its perfect and stylish furnishings. The apartment is 73m², has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 queen-size beds (160cm) and 2 bathrooms. There are a total of 4 terraces, including a community roof terrace, equipped with a bar and lounge seating. On the main terrace, Jacuzzi pool of 3x2m, outdoor shower, barbecue. All outside facilities in the groundfloor are exclusive only for users of our Beach Suite.

Where the Sun meets the Moon, you will find the villa, Helios & Selene. Helios (Sun) & Selene (Moon) is resting on a peaceful hill overlooking the Aegean Sea and Paros Island. Your tranquil location is surprisingly accessible at only a 20 minute drive from the port and town center, 15 minutes from the airport and only a few minutes from some of the finest beaches on the island. Each morning you will wake up to the sounds of birds and open your eyes to the breath taking views of the sea and sky.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
