Fully equipped lake apartment on Lake Ossiach. The apartment is 80 m² – 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, as well as anteroom. There is a balcony, as well as a small garden. Public parking is available right next to the apartment. Shared use of the existing lake access, which is located across the street about 15 meters away. In winter, the Gerlitzen ski resort with ski lift is about 100 meters from the apartment.

Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
