Perfect locarion for walking to everything in Annapolis! The space is small but comfortable and in a very cool historic neighborhood. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

WOW! My family and I cannot say enough great things about Jeanne's Airbnb already planning our next trip! First off the property is an oasis in itself with a massive deck overlooking the inlets of Chesapeake Bay we woke up every morning to a beautiful blue heron eating breakfast right on the dock, having access to kayaks to explore the waterways was a huge bonus too, not to mention the gazebo with a fire pit we enjoyed roasting marshmallows and talking about the days adventures as a family. The inside of the Airbnb is extremely well thought out with every amenitie that anyone could ever ask for, from a well stocked and equiped kitchen, to the king size master bed with luxurious soft linenes, to the heated fan that greets you after a perfect water pressure shower. Seriously, this place is perfect a hidden gem for sure with easy access to so many wonderful Maryland attractions. Can't say enough great things about this experience and Airbnb can't wait to return!

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

Our time there was absolutely amazing! The place was so lovely, and the view was like a promise of pure relaxation. Every room had these sweet little touches that made our stay feel incredibly special. It was more than just a place to unwind; it was a haven of tranquility. We stumbled into this listing after our original reservation cancelled on us within 24 hours of our trip due to AC failure. While this listing was more money, it ended up being a blessing in disguise as it accommodated our family gathering by the poolside. Sharing the pool with the upper unit guests worked out well as it seemed we wanted to use the pool on opposite days. The pool was clean and clear. The view was spectacular. We woke up every morning and had our coffee on the pool deck enjoying the views of the Magothy, watching the birds come and go, and the fish jump. The accommodations inside were perfect. The home is older but well kept. Other than sleeping and preparing a meal or two, we spent little time inside. The ability to do laundry was very convenient as we travel light and don’t bring a lot of clothes. Our communication was minimal with the hosts, but when we did communicate, they were very responsive, making this a great trip for us overall. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing! The place had so much to do whether it was outside or in! Swimming in the pool, hot tub, kayaking and/or paddle boarding on the lake, giant yard games. Inside had a pool table, wide variety of board games, and many streaming services. Brenda was extremely friendly and helpful in many way. She had a binder full of local places for food and things to do! She truly showed us the best of Maryland.

We had a wonderful stay at Shawn's place. It is located in an absolutely beautiful area with a gorgeous view of the water. The place was beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of places to relax outside with a view of the water. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and watching the sunset each night. Shawn was a lovely host and is a genuine person who wants you to have the best stay!

We were in town for a wedding and this home was as described and was perfect for our family of 8 that stayed here. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I wish we had time to enjoy the views from the lake. John was a great host and communicated with us throughout our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in the Riviera Beach or Pasadena area. It was close to everything we needed during our stay including the airport.

I stayed at this Airbnb over the past weekend and had such a wonderful time! The house was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. My favorite part was definitely the dock and the little beach area behind the house. I spent hours lounging on the beach chairs, soaking up the sun, and listening to the waves — so relaxing. It was a bit early in the season to really go crabbing, but I had a blast learning how to set the traps. We even caught one little crab and let him go — a fun little adventure! The house manual and guides were super helpful, with clear instructions that made everything easy to figure out. Overall, it was a peaceful, fun, and memorable stay. I’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

I stayed here the week of my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! From waking up each morning to have coffee on the dock with my pups and husband, to the beautiful views from each room in the house, we truly had a lovely time and chose the right Airbnb for such a special week in our lives.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and saw an opening at this property. Booked for two weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay… Very large property on the water.. fields and wooded, very quiet, very peaceful. A long dock with a great view of the bay. Supermarket nearby, a couple of very good restaurants. Richard had the house stocked with literally everything needed…. All we provided were groceries! Ducks, geese, herons, ospreys, egrets, songbirds, and several deer provided daily entertainment. Communication was excellent, responses just about instant. Got a chance to meet Mark, who provided some interesting history of this family property. To sum it up, highly recommend!!!

Nicole was a great host. Her place was nice — uncluttered, kitchen had everything you need, it was nice sitting on the sofa and looking out at the water. The beds we very comfortable.
