we had 2 couples in town from Oregon for a graduation. Was a nice comfortable place in a wonderful neighborhood. Very spacious with a deck and patio. Worked out nicely for us

My stay at Habeeb’s went smoothly from beginning to end! Check in was great because he uses an app vs having to type in a code. The space was clean, and looked like the images. The room was very comfortable, private , quiet and clean. I never heard loud noises or anything. You will need to have your own account for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, etc. to sign in and use them. A bonus to my stay was discovering the walking trail along the lake right outside the side of the house. What a nice bonus! Habeeb has a proactive communication style which i appreciated. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Will book again when needed

She was really nice and helpful, they bed was extremely comfortable and soft. the bathroom was clean and everything was as it was described.

The Host the best of the best. Very attentive and very helpful when you need anything. This is the best place I have stayed. The entrance is very safe and easy. The cleanliness in the room and bathroom and the towels are very clean. The calm and peace on another level. I can say that I recommend this place as a 5 star suite and 100% sure

Our Family attended a wedding in Annapolis. Sean’s home was a wonderful place to get ready for our special event. It was close to everything especially the waterfront. There were a lot of things to do, including restaurants, bars, Shopping and Naval academy. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend using this home to our friends and family. Well done it was a wonderful experience.

Charming house, perfect location, well equipped and very cozy.

I would rent this again. Check in and out was easy with a door code. No need to meet with anyone. The air conditioning was cold when i entered. There is plenty of room and it is clean. The main bathroom is big and the hall bath is also large. The beds are also comfortable . The kitchen has everything you could need. There is a Keurig and there are pods there. It is three levels so there are a lot of steps. There is a two car driveway which is helpful.

ATTENTION! Home away from home! I am in love with cozy & warm environments and that’s what I felt. The home even had stocked items that I literally needed and that was a huge plus! I felt very welcomed! I felt like we’ve known each other when communicating! I would chat and they would respond quickly and that was a huge plus! At one point I forgot to respond and I felt bad because I thought they didn’t but it was my error. The neighborhood was very peaceful and we felt safe. There is more than enough space. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home and would stay again if it’s available during the time when I need to reserve! Thank you for a great weekend stay!

Jimmy’s place is perfect! Right in the heart of downtown Annapolis and in walking distance to everything - USNA, City Dock, Main St, West St, State and Church Circles, etc. Classic historic Annapolis charm. House was large and very comfortable. Great private patio out back. We had an amazing time. Perfect Annapolis get away. Thx Jimmy!

Spacious and quiet townhouse in a very convenient part of Columbia, MD. Easy access to restaurants and airport/train. Ample space for each person and two work stations.

A little off the beaten path. Beautiful water view. Very clean. Spacious. No issues with neighbors, they were all friendly. Adequate parking.

Cathie was super communicative and set up two different access codes to the door for us. She even sent a video for how to use the lock. The house is beautiful, in a terrific location for walking to West Street or downtown Annapolis. The neighborhood was quiet and Cathie left great directions for the very convenient parking lots available for more than 2 hours. All lots were within a 30 second walk of the home. The house had amenities like a hotel, everything was provided. Paper towels, extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. We had a great experience staying here, and will be back.

Karla was awesome. We had to change our travel plans a bit and she was very responsive and understanding. The townhome itself was very nice. It is clean and comfortable. The location has easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and is not far from Baltimore and DC

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Lots of families and people walking their dogs. The cleaners do a great job cleaning, but some of the other people living in the house were disgusting and didn't clean up after themselves. The location is great if you're commuting to Baltimore or BWI.

A great place to stay in the North Beach area! About a 10 minutes walk to the bay and some yummy restaurants. The house was as described and was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely visit again.

Had a wonderful stay at Matt’s place! We were there on a girls trip, with a group of 11, and the house was the perfect size - we had plenty of space to hangout together in the living room and kitchen areas, and the basement was great for movie night. All the bedrooms were really spacious as well, and the beds were comfortable. The location is so perfect, right in downtown Annapolis and everything is less than a 5 min walk away. Matt was super responsive and was a great host! Would highly recommend!!

We booked it for a girl’s getaway in downtown and we loved it! The house is super clean and had more than enough space for all five of us, it even has a full-size laundry room. The location is very walkable as advertised, only a short walk to Main St. The fully stocked kitchen and black out curtains were certainly appreciated! We noticed that parking can be tricky and availability depends on time of day. We had 2 cars total and earlier in the day we all usually found a parking space near the house, otherwise it was a hit-or-miss really but there's an inexpensive parking garage walking distance. We'll be back!

We hosted a small rehearsal dinner at the house and then the bride and a few others got ready the next morning before the wedding here. This house is absolutely beautiful with a great flow and living area for entertaining. They have thought of every amenity and detail to make your stay seem luxurious and comfortable. It has a perfect location in Eastport with great restaurants across the street, and other others within a five minute walk. You are a few hundred yards from water in a few directions. It’s less than a mile to downtown Annapolis - which includes a beautiful scenic walk over the Eastport drawbridge. Tanya is incredibly responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to book here again. Everyone loved it!
