Villa holiday rentals in Annakhil

Hasna & Fatima made us feel right at home and Hasna made us wonderful meals. The house is incredible and as we were there in December, it was too cold for the pool. You definitely need a rental car as you are quite remote, about 30 min from Marrakesh, but this is a similar distance to town from the major resorts. Some options nearby for lunch, but recommend to have Hasna cook for you in the evening.

We absolutely loved the stay at Jean-Marc Riad. The place was very cosy and matched the description perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout, with great support in arranging some private needs. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Medina, giving you a true taste of Marrakech. While the city is bustling, the riad offers a peaceful escape that still keeps you immersed in the local energy. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience in Marrakech! ❤️

An unforgettable stay in an exceptional villa! We had a wonderful stay in this sublime luxury villa in Marrakech. The setting is breathtaking, everything is thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort, calm and refinement. But what really made the difference was the warm welcome and impeccable professionalism of Wafa, the hostess. Always available, discreet and very kind, she made our stay even more enjoyable with her constant attention and attention to detail. Thank you to her for her kindness and efficiency. The villa is really amazing and true to the photos. It is not in the center so if you are looking for a peaceful and private place it is really ideal. You just have to plan taxis or rent a vehicle for your outings! As soon as we had a request or question, Youssef was super responsive and available. We were a group of women and everything went very well. The caretaker and cook were very nice! I REALLY recommend testing the breakfast prepared by the stove because it will be better than at any restaurant! Thanks to her:) The pool is heated so nice in the morning. I recommend it!

Everything was very good, responsive host, special mention to the cook of an exceptional kindness. The accommodation is clean. Housekeepers wash your clothes. Hotel to be highly recommended. I plan to return to his home on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you for everything

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Marrakech. The place is peaceful, tastefully decorated, and ideal for meeting with family or friends. A big thank you also to Houria, the cook, for her delicious traditional dishes, her good humour and her warm welcome. Each meal was a real treat, prepared with care and passion. The villa is exactly identical to the pictures and the host was extremely friendly with quick responses to any queries and issues. The villa was kept clean every other day and the facilities were amazing.

Marie and her son made our stay unforgettable. The place is gorgeous, first row on a golf course filled with day light and sun all day ! Zahira, the person who’s taking care of the food and the cleaning is also super friendly helpful and an AMAZING cook. I can only highly recommend.

Afifa and Jean Claude's place was just what we needed after a long drive from the Sahara, and a nice respite from the busy nature of Marrakech. The architecture and lush landscaping truly can be captured with the word, "oasis." Their staff, Hamza and his wife, Fatima, tended to what we needed while giving us our space and privacy. The meals were nicely prepared, and taxis were scheduled as needed. The included airport transit is a very nice touch. Don't be alarmed when going to their place for the first time, as you will access via a dirt road (there is development around their home), because once you enter the gate, you're in a whole new world of relaxation. The pool was lovely, and we saw chickens, a turtle, and even peacocks on the property as we enjoyed the lounge chairs outside. We very much enjoyed our stay as we were treated to the lap of luxury for a few days.

This place, so special, no words. It’s one of those magical places where you instantly feel at home. The architecture js madly beautiful and the garden a dream. Samira, Habibe and Rachid took the best care of us, always welcoming us with a smile. Our kids miss them already. We had such a great time and will try to come back next year. Big recommendation!

We had a very nice experience. Beautifully decorated house. Pool is the highlight and can be heated if requested. Khadija is amazing. Breakfasts were delicious. Served hot with flexible timings. Amine and Lillya were very responsive. Helped facilitate airport transfers and a rental car delivered to the airbnb at a reasonable rate. Anything you need or any questions you have before or during the stay; just ask them and they will have recommendations. I will definitely stay here when I visit again.

A lovely villa with a nice pool. Lamine who supported with the check in process was really polite and responsive. Anytime we contacted them or had a question they responded promptly. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were fantastic for our party of 6 meaning ample space. Location was 10-15 mins from most places and we had a driver which made travel easy. The location is quite remote and lots of construction of new properties around and you can’t really walk anywhere easily. Would recommend this villa

We had a really enjoyable stay at this villa. The house is spacious, well furnished and with attention to detail. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of tranquility. The area is quiet but well connected. We were warmly welcomed by Khalil's brother, Adil, who was available throughout the stay, always kind and available for any need. A great experience, definitely recommended!

We had a great stay with friends (9 people). The villa is as beautiful as in the photos! Laila took very good care of us with her homemade meals. A big thank you also to Abdel for his availability to arrange our trips by car, and to Karim for his responsiveness in answering all our messages. We'll be happy to go back!

Frankly an excellent experience in this villa. 3 identical, spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with connected TV. Great Wi-Fi, large pool, comfortable sofa. We were in the care of the maid who, in addition, did the shopping and cooked us delicious meals. We recommend renting a vehicle to be at the top.

We stayed there as a group of 10 girls and it was perfect. The photos don't do justice to the house, which is just amazing and very, very spacious. You feel safe in this huge and very well guarded residence. The garden is also amazing for spending good times, the pool is super large. A special mention for Khadija and her son Ayoub who treated us to their delicious breakfasts throughout our stay. I would recommend it without a second thought!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded retreat with all the modern comforts, this is the perfect place. A car is essential to reach Marrakech or explore the area. We, a family with 4 adults and 2 kids, stayed for one week. The house and the garden are an absolute paradise. Amazing pool and traditional moroccon furniture and decoration. The house alone is already exceptional but what made our vacation even better, are Abdou and his family. His wife is an amazing cook and she provided breakfast and Dinner for. Delicious and humongous portions. Abdou did provide transfers and an excellent day trip for us. Always polite and with a smile in his face. Our kids loved him. I would stay in the house again in a heartbeat. I can recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Morocco.
