Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Annakhil

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve traveled for a year in Europe before). Absolutely gorgeous interior, makes you feel like you’re truly in Morocco. Bourcha was very attentive to making sure we received tea once we arrived and later in the day. Beds are very comfortable, great showers and common areas. Rooftop terrace overlooking the city. She also scheduled a car to pick us up at 4 am for the airport. What more could you ask for? I loved it here and if I ever come back to Morocco I will make sure to book again!

We spent 4 days at the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef made us feel very welcome. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruit, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We will come back 😊

I'd recommend it without a second thought. We had a great time at Yann's place, in a beautiful Riad, very quiet and close to the center (everything is doable on foot). As described, the breakfasts were hearty and thoughtfully prepared. I would definitely stay again. One of the best Riad I've done in Marrakech

After staying at many Riads during our trip to Morocco, we could say this was our number 1 Riad! Location was perfect, the Riad itself was a dream, so well preserved and the staff wow wow. Hakim, who works there gave us the best of recommendations, sat down with us and explained us the whole map of the city and just helped us solve any issue we needed. This is the kind of place I would save to recommend to friends !

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

I recommend it! Great welcome Mary and Frank take the time to make sure everything is going well and give us advice. Very clean accommodation and although there is no air conditioning the accommodation remains rather cool (you have a fan available if ever). The riad staff are all very kind and contribute to the quality of the place. Finally, the neighborhood is a little poor but is not so badly located and you do not have to worry about insecurity.

this riad is simply perfect in every finely studied detail, we will have stayed more days to enjoy the riad. Naima is present but at the same time discreet, an excellent cook for delicious dinners, and sublime breakfasts. This was the nicest place i stayed in morocco. Extremely clean, beautiful, reception extremely kind and helpful. Was slightly difficult to find - especially as there are 2 riad slitines in the medina. Overall excellent stay.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. (Super walkable, too :) ) THANK YOU, FATIMA AND MAMA ♥️ We love you both.

It was really nice, we could leave our luggage at the riad before check in and after check out it was fine to leave it there too! Very kind people

A group of 4 to stay in 2 rooms at Hugo Riad. When we arrived we are surprised. We can feel like we back home. The atmosphere is very nice & comfortable. Excellent breakfast before we start a new day. We feel happy and relax in the Riad. Thank you for the BEST arrangement when we were leaving, Send all our baggages to the car, we can free our hand to the car park. Cheers See you next time!

Katy went out of her way to be helpful and welcoming. Her housekeeper was charming and the evening meal and breakfasts were lovely. The riad is stylish and comfortable, with good attention to detail. There is a great deal to see and do within easy walking distance, We had a wonderful first experience of Morocco.

The riad was beautiful, exactly what was shown in the pictures. Although it was inside of the market, it was situated off a a private pathway which allowed it to be quite peaceful. The hosts and staff were lovely, very helpful and always available. The location felt safe and I never felt uncomfortable being alone. The location was perfect , there was so much to see and do. Breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable, and the place was always spotless. I really loved my stay and would definitely stay there again whenever I come back to Morocco.

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

The riad is very welcoming, with attention to detail. You can get there from the narrow alley of the medina. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with good quality towels and bathrobes. With a small supplement, we had a hearty breakfast on the terrace. Aimad and all the staff are always available.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

Peaceful riad that allows you to recharge after the bustle of the medina. It is easy to access and easy to find... Very welcoming and attentive staff who allowed us to drop off our luggage while waiting for our room to continue our visits.

The photos are consistent with reality: the apartment is nice and very well located. A big thank you to Hala for her kindness and availability! She really takes care of her guests, even going so far as to stay on the phone with you until you arrive if needed. Always ready to listen when needed, she knows how to be present while remaining discreet. Special mention for her two adorable hairballs, Leo and Candy, two very soft and affectionate cats. The apartment is ideally located: supermarket just next door, bakery, market, pharmacy, several cafes and restaurants… And if you have a car, Marjane is accessible in just a few minutes.
