The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve traveled for a year in Europe before). Absolutely gorgeous interior, makes you feel like you’re truly in Morocco. Bourcha was very attentive to making sure we received tea once we arrived and later in the day. Beds are very comfortable, great showers and common areas. Rooftop terrace overlooking the city. She also scheduled a car to pick us up at 4 am for the airport. What more could you ask for? I loved it here and if I ever come back to Morocco I will make sure to book again!

We spent 4 days at the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef made us feel very welcome. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruit, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We will come back 😊

After staying at many Riads during our trip to Morocco, we could say this was our number 1 Riad! Location was perfect, the Riad itself was a dream, so well preserved and the staff wow wow. Hakim, who works there gave us the best of recommendations, sat down with us and explained us the whole map of the city and just helped us solve any issue we needed. This is the kind of place I would save to recommend to friends !

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Alisma, it was perfect for our stay. The location was great, and the staff were super helpful. Recommend!

A beautiful Riad in a great location in the heart of the medina close to souks, the secret garden and some of the best restaurants. Our room was perfect on the ground floor with a en suite on a mezzanine. It was air conditioned but in May was naturally cool at night. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I recommend it! Great welcome Mary and Frank take the time to make sure everything is going well and give us advice. Very clean accommodation and although there is no air conditioning the accommodation remains rather cool (you have a fan available if ever). The riad staff are all very kind and contribute to the quality of the place. Finally, the neighborhood is a little poor but is not so badly located and you do not have to worry about insecurity.

Everything was as expected with our visit! We had a great stay and even ended up staying an extra day! Thank you Rachid for being so welcoming to me and my wife! See you next time!

this riad is simply perfect in every finely studied detail, we will have stayed more days to enjoy the riad. Naima is present but at the same time discreet, an excellent cook for delicious dinners, and sublime breakfasts. Abdou helped us carry our luggage and was always available for all our requests with a lot of patience. the terrace with pool was our corner of paradise thanks for everything

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. perfect stay thank you to Tariq for hosting his recommendations and the time he took to book the activities or the drivers when we needed them. Breakfast is very good everything is done with care. The Riad is very clean everything is cleaned every day. The terrace is very nice with sunbeds for a short break. Everything is within walking distance of the Riad in the old center of Marrakech.

Katy went out of her way to be helpful and welcoming. Her housekeeper was charming and the evening meal and breakfasts were lovely. The riad is stylish and comfortable, with good attention to detail. There is a great deal to see and do within easy walking distance, We had a wonderful first experience of Morocco.

The riad is in a great location for visiting the must-sees of Marrakech. Our hosts were very responsive by messaging, phone, and on site as well. Lots of helpful tips, very warm hosting. The air-conditioned room was perfect with the high temperatures of this June and the terrace appreciated. Everything was perfect for our first visit to Marrakech! We recommend this riad.

We had an incredible stay at Francois's place. It was a lovely Riad in walking distance to the Medina. The best thing about the stay was the staff. They served great food, were friendly and helped us throughout our stay. Highly recommended

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

This was the nicest place i stayed in morocco. Extremely clean, beautiful, reception extremely kind and helpful. Was slightly difficult to find - especially as there are 2 riad slitines in the medina. Overall excellent stay.

The riad is very welcoming, with attention to detail. You can get there from the narrow alley of the medina. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with good quality towels and bathrobes. With a small supplement, we had a hearty breakfast on the terrace. Aimad and all the staff are always available.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

The photos are consistent with reality: the apartment is nice and very well located. A big thank you to Hala for her kindness and availability! She really takes care of her guests, even going so far as to stay on the phone with you until you arrive if needed. Always ready to listen when needed, she knows how to be present while remaining discreet. Special mention for her two adorable hairballs, Leo and Candy, two very soft and affectionate cats. The apartment is ideally located: supermarket just next door, bakery, market, pharmacy, several cafes and restaurants… And if you have a car, Marjane is accessible in just a few minutes.
