"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Our spacious 2nd floor apartment is just 1 km from lift access to the beautiful Dachstein West ski resort and its 140km of slopes and cross country trails. Guests have access to all amenities within the Vital Hotel Gosau, including spa and leisure facilities, bar and restaurant as well as the free ski bus. Ideal base to explore the famous Salzkammergut (lake district) region and its unique attractions, including world heritage site, Hallstatt.

Ground floor: wind trap with sauna and steam bath, hallway, shower bath, kitchen with high-quality wooden built-in kitchen, dining area in the bay window, living room with tiled stove, 1 children's room with single bed and bunk bed. Upstairs: 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed.
