This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. We wish you relaxing days in our chalet. In summer, you can start hiking and biking directly from the chalet. In winter, you can strap on your skis or snowboards directly and hit the slopes in the Hohentauern ski resort. We acquired the chalet in October 2023 and will gradually modernize it. We started with the large terrace outside. Our outdoor sauna, built in November 2024, is of course also available to you.
