Welcome to Des Moines, Iowa! Within the newly renovated, very spacious, basement oasis with a queen bed and a twin bed in a nearby alcove and an eat-in kitchen. My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard. There are now stairs. I go by Becky by the way.

Pets welcome if potty trained, non-destructive. must be in a kennel if left alone for a long period of time. The apartment is professionally cleaned immediately following departure.
