There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

The stay was beautiful and matched the description exactly. We stayed as a group of 9 people but the villa can accommodate 12 people very easily. The pool was also big and clean and was sufficient for us to hang and enjoy. The breakfast was also included in the stay and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our host also helped us with early checkin which was very considerate. The location of the property was so good that everything that you would wish to do in north Goa is literally 4-5 kms maximum. The beach is literally at a walking distance and all the good cafés and clubs are 7-8 minutes away. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very airy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, and the washrooms were exceptionally clean as well. The host was extremely polite and thoughtful, always making sure we were taken care of. Salim, the caretaker, was also very helpful,he assisted us with our bags during check-in. The host even arranged a cab for our drop to the airport, which was a lovely gesture. The location was just perfect,everything we needed was close by and easily accessible. As an added bonus, the host also provided a complimentary clean-up during our stay.Highly recommended.
