Beachfront holiday rental in Anjuna Beach

We had a lovely time at Devika's place. Not only was it really close to Mandrem beach but the rooms were comfortable and the garden space was perfect for our family. There are some parts of the house like low balconies that are a little unsafe for kids so they need to be watched 24x7 but besides that the home is beautiful and a great place for a family getaway. Devika is also super responsive and very accomodating and understanding. Thanks Devika for a memorable holiday :)

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

This place is a short 10 min walk from Arambol Beach which was great because thats where I wanted to spend most of my time when in Goa. The house is clean, spacious and the kitchen is well equipped with necessary supplies and utensils. Kartik and Sourabh are amazing hosts and they run a fun hostel right across the road. Great place to meet fellow travellers, eat good food and finish work before going to the beach. Would certainly visit again!

The best stay in Goa. We stayed for a week and this beautiful place by Saurabh became our second home and we felt bad leaving it. There was car parking easily available and the location was perfect. Just walking distance (5mns) from the beach which is clean and secluded. The studio apartment itself was very cozy. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the bedroom window gave out a perfect view of the trees. Instead of the balcony, we ended up sitting near the window and enjoying the view along with the perfectly working AC. The kitchenette was also perfect for us, where we ended up cooking all our breakfasts. The bathroom was very spacious and the tub is one of those rare ones which you actually use and enjoy. Hot water was available all the time. A must must stay near Morjim! The windows gave a perfect view of the world and privacy from the same

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

Had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Villa in Calangute, booked through Airbnb. The villa had a serene and relaxing ambience, with a lovely pool, lush greenery, and the beach just 300 meters away – truly the best part for beach lovers. A special mention to Ms. Asha, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was constantly in touch from the time of booking until check-out, ensuring that all our needs were met. Whether it was a small issue or a quick query, she responded promptly and resolved everything. The secured parking space was a huge plus, and caretaker Sonu was always just a call away. John is a great host, super responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. The property has all necessary amenities, and the spacious air-conditioned living room was perfect for relaxing. The super clean washroom and balcony with pool view were added bonuses! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Goa's beautiful beaches and attractions. One minor suggestion: consider replacing the induction cooktop with a gas stove. As a family, we sometimes needed to cook proper meals quickly. Overall, we highly recommend this property for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Goa. The host's exceptional hospitality makes this property truly stand out! We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Had a great stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The 2 BHK space was neat, clean, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The building had good security, which made us feel safe throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the pool – a great place to relax after a day out. Some stays leave you with memories, but staying with Mr. Dicosta and his family left us with warmth in our hearts. From the very first moment — when they came all the way to receive us at the ferry — we knew this wasn’t just a regular Airbnb experience. It was something truly special. Mr. Dicosta welcomed us with cold beers, and he made sure my mother felt at home with her favorite cold drinks. But what truly moved us was his wife’s kindness — she walked just to get chicken patties especially for us, a gesture so small yet so full of love that it will stay with us forever. It didn’t feel like we were guests. It felt like we were visiting long-lost family. Their kindness, generosity, and open hearts turned our trip into something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. Would surely come back soon. P.S. people living in other cottages are very friendly!

We had an awesome and pleasant stay here. From day of arrival till we left, we had absolutely no problem. As shown in the photos, once we exit the steps of the house, there is a small walk way to the main road, on crossing which we reach Ashvem beach - just a minute away. Supermarket is nearby. Scooty rental with yellow plates, etc was also available nearby. All amenities provided worked well. All in all this was great value for money. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Goa!!!

A lovely 2bhk apartment at a great location. Just about 2 mins walking distance from the beach. A min if u take the shortcut! Aesthetically pleasing design, very well equipped, very clean, with a lovely pool. Very private and no disturbance. We had a great time doing our own cooking with a very functional well equipped kitchen. Beautiful furnitures and everything looks new and clean. You get all the basic amenities and more provided like umbrellas, hair dryers, toiletries etc. the hosts have taken great care in designing and maintaining the property. And they are so responsive and easily reachable for any queries. Would totally recommend this lovely place! Totally worth the affordable price too!

Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, friendly neighbourhood and very quiet. The beach is only two minutes away. The apartment is very clean and nice, we wish to come back soon!
