Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Anini Beach

We had an excellent stay, and would absolutely stay again. The views are gorgeous, and easy access to such a beautiful beach was the highlight for me. Our kids enjoyed all the amenities, and we appreciated how responsive and thoughtful the host was. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and the treats and coffee waiting for us the first day was a bonus on a lovely stay.

Beautiful condo in magical north shore Kauai! Our location in Princeville was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to do! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, multiple beaches and Queen’s Bath! You can also arrange to be picked up for a shuttle at the Princeville Golf course (10 minute walk) to go to Hā’ena State Park for the dreaded (and beautiful) Kalalau hike! You need to make a reservation 30 days in advance. The Princeville Plantation offers a lovely pool and BBQ area. The condo itself is very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels are nice and new! Eric was a great guy to work with and provided a ton of info about the area. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was perfect. The bed was comfortable, and the space was just right for two people. The views from the room were fantastic, and the property is meticulously maintained. There's an outdoor kitchen just outside the unit and an incredible pool. The beach within walking distance has plenty of shade, great swimming, and a nice beach bar. You can even arrange for a bellman to pick you up so you don’t have to walk the steep trail back. Hanalei is a fun town with amazing food, just 15 minutes away. We were a little nervous after the first night because our neighbors were loud, but we didn’t hear them again after that. Overall a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend!

Loved this little spot! Only downside is the parking deal but that’s Hawaii for you.

We really enjoyed our stay and all of the amenities the resort had to offer. It was very quiet, felt very private and safe. Jen was a great host, very responsive and so welcoming to our family. The lagoon view resort retreat was great checked all of the boxes for our family of three. It was centrally located to everything on the east side of the island. We fell in love with Kaua’i and will be back. We highly recommended staying at Jen’s place.

Nice place. Sat at the veranda and enjoyed the lush vegetation and warm weather with a soft breeze. The pool and hot tub with waterfalls were very pleasant. Nice scenery. The market and restaurants were a little over a mile which we walked to often. Princeville a great location with Hanalei right next door. Lots of hiking, snorkeling, sightseeing and shopping. It was a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely loved this spacious timeshare. Check~in was fantastic and informative. Lots of extra activities to enjoy as well as live music by the pool, bike rentals as well as pickleball and shuffleboard . Saturday at 4pm was live music and free Mai Tai’s. Great experience and the lodging had plenty of clothing storage, large bathrooms with an equally large dressing area. Make-up mirrors, full length mirrors, ironing board and washer/dryer. Lanai was huge.

This spot is in a perfect location for exploring the trails and beaches of the North island. The beautiful stay comes with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. We loved exploring Kauai form this great stay as well as relaxing on the property.

Loved staying here on Kauai! Views were absolutely stunning and the amenities on site were great- loved being able to stretch out and have our own kitchen to cook in - beds were really comfortable as well! Would definitely return

This vacation home is easily the best overall experience we have had on AirBnb till date. Thanks a bunch to David for everything! We would highly recommend the place and David to anyone. We will also be very glad to come back in the future. We were right at home through out the entire week we spent in Kauai! Everything was easy and David is extremely responsive for any small thing you reach out to him about. We could not have asked for a better stay for our vacation. Extremely happy overall! Nice, clean condo that is well stocked with everything you would need for a fun stay. The kitchen is a great size and helps to save money on meals. The resort is really fun with a pool and water slides and three jacuzzis. The location is fantastic because it is in the middle of the island and across the street from a grocery store and other convenient stores. Also very nice touch for having chocolate, cookies, and coffee for guests. Also the sleeper sofa was comfortable.

This is an incredible location with beautiful pools and sandy beach. Our room service breakfasts were delicious and delivered quickly. Our dinner at Duke’s was amazing. We were a little surprised that the room had a Murphy bed. But it was easy to set up and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again,

Very communicative, super helpful and the area was beautiful. The bikes were super fun. His garage was packed with different things for activities- boogie boards, bikes, etc. you get so much more for what you pay for! We stayed here with our friend group (6 people) for a wedding- very close drive to the 1hotel.

This was a fantastic stay for my fiancee and I. Such a great location in Princeville that was located a short drive from most of the places we wanted to visit. The place was also very clean. We would gladly stay again at this airbnb.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The condo had a beautiful view and was perfect for our large family. It was located near the ocean, activities, and shopping/groceries. Olga was a great host and we would recommend this to family and friends.

Our stay at Shari’s place exceeded our expectations. The location was great, her home was very hospitable, and the large rooms and high ceilings were an added bonus. She left very clear check in/out instructions and gave us some great recommendations. We felt safe and at peace and can’t wait to return to Kauai’s beautiful north side!!

We had a nice stay in Princeville. Laura was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was in a great location for exploring the north shore. It was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Only complaint is the AC is pretty loud and didn’t reach one of the bedrooms but it wouldn’t hold us back from visiting again.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

Beautiful home - probably could handle two families with kids. Old School Key versus digital entry. Beaches are about 20 - 25 minute walk from house, closer by bike. Very beautiful landscaping, made it feel very private despite being in a neighborhood. Upstairs bedroom had no shades so my wife and I slept downstairs, very comfortable beds and stout AC for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house in Princeville, Kauai. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the lush green landscape and ocean in the distance was a highlight of our trip. The host was friendly and very responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home here and appreciated the peaceful, scenic location. This home is in a remarkable location with beautiful gardens and situated on a golf course with very few people. It is extremely private and has great amenities. A true gem!

The condo was super nice and very comfortable! It was well stocked with everything we needed to make the experience easy and relaxing. The host was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. I would highly recommend!
