Holiday rentals with a pool in Anini Beach

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

We loved our stay! We could have stayed 2 weeks. Loved the plunge pool feature and garden. Chilling out on the screen porch was so relaxing. We enjoyed making dinner in the modern kitchen and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Driving into Kapa’a was quick and easy either north or south route. Understand that Kauai is windy most of the time; the pool will have leaves fall into it all day. Just net them out before each dip.

North island in princeville is beautiful, it’s away from cities so more expensive amenities and not that many choices but we felt it was more of an authentic island experience. Great beaches. A few Good restaurants nearby. (Happy talk and the pizza place next door) Home is wonderful. Better than expected. Host and home owners were great.

Kurt was a great host! Clear communication and easy instructions to follow. The whole process was seamless and stress free. They have instructions waiting for you when you arrived. If it wasn’t for their tip on how single lane bridges work, I would have been so confused. Beautiful views and great location. Will definitely book again when I make another trip to Kauai.

We were all very happy with the Airbnb. It was as expected and the hosts were very informative and got back to us really quick with any questions we had. The whole place was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is really big and fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and cook any meal. We will definitely stay there again, if they will have us. Our stay at Liuni's place was incredible! We rented a couple houses in the neighborhood for our group, and could not be happier with Luini's home and her and Tanya's support throughout our stay. Communication was amazing, the house was incredibly clean, amazing location, and had everything we needed. It's in the neighborhood of Queens Bath which is a must-see in Kauai and makes it SO easy because parking is not always accessible for that trail, but we could just walk to it! I highly recommend staying here. It is absolutely worth the price and was so nice to be able to sleep our group of 7. I am so grateful for this experience and Liuni and Tanya's kindness and flexibility with our group.

Lisa’s place was amazing! My husband and I felt it was perfect for us. It was extremely clean, comfortable and in a cute, safe neighborhood. Lisa was also very responsive. The house had everything we needed, from beach chairs to the pool. No AC but the winds and fans at night were perfect for us!

Condo was well stocked with all the little things that make the stay feel more at home. Comfortable bed and everything worked well. Would recommend for others.

We loved our week spent here! It is the perfect size for a couple and has everything you need to enjoy a week on Kauai. Host was very responsive and proactive about informing us of all the details we needed to know about our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here, we’ll be back for sure!

Wife and I have been married 43 years and this was our best vacation ever. We love Kauai, but have never had the beautiful views and convenience we had with Allison's place. She is very vested in making sure you are taken care of and happy. She was so responsive...we couldn't have asked for better treatment. The view from our lanai was spectacular! I was diagnosed with Parkinson's right before our trip, so we were around the resort a little more than we had planned. It could not have been better. We all know that going to Hawaii is not cheap, but we left this place feeling like we really got our moneys worth. The condo was beautifully decorated and was comfortable from the moment we entered. I can't overstate how pleased we are with the way Allison treated us and the beautiful place she provided for us. We are looking forward to our next trip to Kauai. It really is the best Island in our opinion. Thanks again to Allison and her team for all of their caring and professionalism.

Loved, loved Bret’s place! Beautiful first floor corner condo that provided the best view of the ocean and sunset! Location was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to grass area, pool, recreation room and walking trails. There was a bbq just outside condo near grass area where you could bbq dinner while enjoying the gorgeous view! Condo was clean , organized and had all the extras we needed! There’s a closet with beach chairs, ice chest and snorkel gear which we so appreciated! Bed was very comfortable! Bret’s place is spacious and we felt right at home! Condo is close distance to several spectacular beach’s, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants and food trucks. Bret is friendly and great with communication! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Princeville and cannot wait to return to Bret’s place! Thank you Bret for sharing your special slice of heaven with us!

Incredible views from everywhere! Absolutely loved the quiet and beautiful surroundings. We would stay here again and again.

Had everything we needed for a lovely stay in a quiet, beautifully landscaped complex on the beach (as long as you don’t mind roosters crowing, which I personally loved.) We also appreciated the close proximity to restaurants and other stores. (Do check out the Lava Lava next door—sitting along the beach, listening to live music while sipping the delicious Lava drink was the perfect ending to our days!) I loved that we were centrally located on the island, as we journeyed many times to both the north and south sides of the island. All in all, a perfect place to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation! Mahalo!

I had a great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Staying here was the best choice we made! It was perfect driving distance to Hanalei and kapa’a and the views were stunning. I would say the best “home base” for all the activities the island has to offer. Even though there was no AC the fans kept it just cool enough.
