Monthly Rentals in Animas River

Easy check in. They were very accommodating to let us in early since we arrived a bit early. There is a sweet cat in the courtyard who loved pets. The hot tub was nice. For a small kitchen, it was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. The mattress was comfy. We will stay here again when in Durango.

Loved staying here. Right next to a flowing creek, half a mile from large trail system, a couple miles from the Colorado trail trailhead, and about 5 minutes from all things downtown Durango. The little house feels secluded and has everything you need. We would absolutely stay here again.

What an absolute gem! The Jarvis Studio Suite is everything we could’ve hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, we were wowed by the attention to detail—the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The space feels cozy yet upscale with gorgeous finishes, spa-quality toiletries, and a bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. And the location is unbeatable. Steps from amazing restaurants, shops, and the Durango & Silverton train station. Kevin is an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about creating unforgettable stays.

This place was beautiful, quiet and peaceful and with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Marie is an excellent host, really enjoyed the stay and will come back to stay.
