Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett. Highlight ist die Whirlpool-Wanne im Bad, sowie der Pool im Garten. Die helle, freundliche Wohnung liegt im EG mit einer mediteranen Terrasse die sofort Urlaubsgefühle weckt. Im schönen, großen Garten fließt direkt am Grundstück ein Bach vorbei, der zum Abkühlen einlädt. The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man das Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Roses Cottage close to the heart of Salzburg

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Unsere wunderschön sanierte Einliegerwohnung liegt im zentralen aber sehr ruhigen Stadtteil Salzburg-Aigen und wir freuen uns euch dort begrüßen zu dürfen! Die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem mit dem Bus oder der S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten, die Stationen erreichst Du zu Fuß in 7 min. Neben der Nähe zur Stadt ist die Wohnung ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge oder Radtouren im Naherholungsgebiet rund um den Gaisberg.
