The apartment is great, just like in the pictures. The location is excellent: the neighborhood is super quiet and safe, perfect for resting and walking with peace of mind. One of the highlights is the incredible view of all the rooms — really charming and makes all the difference in the stay. I was with my family, with children and dogs and we need to find a place quickly due to a neglect of another location and in the end it was the best choice. Perfect accommodation, as it is on the first floor, is really foot in the sand. I loved the on-site days. Super helpful host, I'm already arranging for us to return.

The place is large, it was clean and everything was fine. The staircase is possible, and it is not on the downtown side, but you can walk or take a quick Uber. Too bad the nearest beach isn't used for swimming.

The stay was wonderful, the host was very helpful and pleasant. The accommodations met our needs, however, because it is located in the central region of Angra, there is intense vehicle traffic. Therefore, those who have difficulty reconciling sleep may have complications. I suggest installing a water filter so guests don't have to buy water at the markets.

I can't help but praise Naty, who was super attentive and helpful from the first contact until the moment of our departure. Always available, solving everything with kindness and agility. Upon arriving at the house, she took a tour showing each corner and it makes a lot of difference. You already feel welcome and at home. And Dona Lúcia… ah, what a wonderful woman! It was the one who took care of the food part and gifted us with that spice that smells and tastes like grandma's house. Each meal was a hug, food made with love, well seasoned, warm... one delight after another. Super recommend the house and girls.

Wonderful stay! The house is really fascinating as in the pictures. We had flexible check in and check out and Inês was very helpful and attentive at all times, including on arrival, when we had a problem with the keys. Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized, very comfortable accommodations and very well behaved our group of 13 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we did not lack any utensil. Inês indicated her trusted cook, Mrs. Regina, for whom I can only dedicate compliments and thanks for the wonderful meals she has prepared us, as well as being a sweetheart, love of a person. The view of the outside area is breathtaking! Structure of the leisure area also impeccable. The deck gives access to the beautiful sea of the island, with kayaks available and also with the right to observe marine life. Easy access to Figueira Beach by the condominium, about 3 minutes walking distance. Mercado makes delivery at the house, which made it very easy for us. Perfect stay and super recommended by us!

Our stay was impeccable, the space is wonderful and the house is simply beautiful. The place is also quiet and has a beautiful view. Although it is not very close to the centre, there are some shopping centres 5 minutes away by car and it is quick to get to the city centre and other points of interest. Joice and her husband helped us with practically everything we needed and were always very helpful to us, which made our stay with the dogs much easier. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had with Airbnb.

The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish!
