Everything about it is perfect, its location on the beachfront (2 meters from the water) makes us feel like we are on the beach even without leaving the house. With the speedboat, kayak and boats we venture into the calm sea that reminds us of a lagoon. Whenever we are in it, fun is guaranteed in sports such as swimming, beach soccer, fishing, diving, etc. The house is quite well-equipped, with everything we need in our private club!!!! It is the perfect getaway for those seeking comfort, exclusivity and fun. And for your convenience, we offer rental of our Real 36.5 model motorboat (2024 model) together with the house, if you are interested! This location is very difficult to find these days!

Stairless house, great for families with children and the elderly. A very spacious room, surrounded by windows and glass doors, resulting in a well-lit, airy environment with a beautiful ocean view, the house includes an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The back rooms overlook Biscaia Beach, as does the barbecue area. There are 3 en-suites and 2 shared bathrooms. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all rooms. On the balcony, next to the house, there is a view of the sea in front and behind.

Casa Constante (5 minutes from the beach).

Beautiful house, fully equipped and close to the sea. We stayed in a gated condo with 24-hour security. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The house is on the second floor, you have to climb two flights of stairs, but it's super quiet. We offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets. Our little corner is very special and we hope to always welcome you with affection and a warm welcome. We always give tips and suggestions about the city, so you can have an even more special stay.

The house has a large living room, an open kitchen and 1 full bathroom on the lower level, and 2 suites with stunning sea views on the upper level. A lovely lawn with a barbecue and wood-burning stove. It has a mooring for boats and a pier (shared with the house next door and used only when necessary). The house is equipped with kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens.
