Independent furnished studio of 18 m², located in the courtyard of a private house with terrace and access to the summer swimming pool in the Balzac district. Air-conditioned accommodation. It is located 10 min by bike from the city center/200 m from the Farcy Tramway station. Close to many shops, the St Nicolas pond in Balzac Park and Lake Maine. Located 5 km from Terra Botanica You will find (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, basic products...) For our guests, we apply the disinfection rules.

Le Gîte "La Terrasse du Loir" est privatif (ouvert depuis 2021), piscine privative également et sans vis-à-vis. La piscine et l'abri télescopique ont été installés en 2022, elle est chauffée à 29° En 2026: Piscine chauffée du 27 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. En 2027: Piscine chauffée du 26 Mars au 1er Novembre inclus. Gîte de 115m2 + grande terrasse de 24 m² surplombant Le Loir situé à 2,5kms du Zoo. Capacité du logement 12 pers avec le canapé convertible dans le salon (10 pers avec les 4 ch).

Meublé de tourisme classé 3 étoiles (5 couchages), notre maison de vacances se niche dans un cadre verdoyant, à 15min d'Angers, au coeur des basses vallées (site Natura 2000). Entièrement équipée, elle offre 2 chambres, véranda, jardin, piscine chauffée de juin à sept accessible de 10 à 12h et de 14 à 18h30, Wifi. Linge de lit et de bain en supplément 9€/personne. L’anjou est réputée pour sa douceur mais aussi sa nature préservée le long de la Loire, ses vignobles, ses châteaux, et son nouveau casino … Vous serez loger dans une petite grange rénovée et confortable (35m2) avec accès au jardin avec des animaux (poney, chèvre et poules) ainsi que sa piscine (en saison selon la météo) , son spa et son terrain de pétanque.

25 km north of Angers in the countryside, you will be charmed by this old barn that has been completely renovated. Come and meet with family or friends. Close to the Longuenée Forest and the banks of the Mayenne. The castles, parks and banks of the Loire are not far away. Parties are allowed within reason. It's a cottage, not a nightclub or a rave party venue. Guests can take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool from 2 days of rental.

Our mountain chalet is unique in our beautiful Angevine region. 20 minutes from Angers and on the wine route. Our house is spacious and warm, it is about 200 m2. It is just waiting for you to have a good time with family, friends and children. Have a good time in summer and winter: You can sit around the pool with a good aperitif and a barbecue in summer and in winter around a good raclette in its warm living room, dining room.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
