It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

60 sqm apartment for 5 people in front of the sea on the beach of Neibori, overlooking Chora of Andros & the endless blue. It is located in a historic stone building of 1837. It consists of the main bedroom, a second enclosed room that is used as a living room and is converted into a bedroom with 2 sofa beds & the kitchen area above which and the bathroom, there is an open elevated bed area, with 2 single mattresses. Not suitable for children under 7 years old.

in the old town of Hora

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.
