Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Renovated old house (former 16th century defense tower) with many details in the historic center (Es Pantaleu) , a very cosmopolitan and quiet area in the upper part of Andratx. It was thoughtfully renovated looking to get the maximum views of the harbor from every stay trying to preserve the exterior aesthetic and maintaining the character of the house. It has a terrace with barbecue, it has privacy. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
