Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

Charming and antique village house with sea view

At the top of the village, in a small enclave of pedestrian zones in the old town of Andratx, is this house that is more than 300 years old (considered one of the oldest in Andratx). It is very quiet and yet only a two-minute walk from the village square. Many of the original features have been retained, giving the house a rustic charm, but with modern furnishings.

Sant Elm Castle is a fortification from the 13th century that has been equipped so that today people can use it and enjoy all the comforts. The rehabilitation has preserved the heritage elements at all times, giving rise to a space in which history a
