Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located a few hundred meters from the Rhône, you will be close to the Viarhôna, the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, and nice sites to visit: Chocolate Factory, Distillery, Peaugres Safaripark... This small accommodation is located on the ground floor, with car parking. For 2-wheelers, a place in the garage is available. Wooden terrace. One room with equipped kitchen, TV, Air Conditioning, Sofa... another with the bedroom and a bathroom area.

Studio de 30m2 dans sous sol de maison situé à proximité de commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, aldi, Netto, action....), à 15 min sortie autoroute, à 1.5km de la gare TER de Saint Vallier et 500m de la ViaRhona. Kitchenette équipée d'un four, plaque à induction, cafetière Senseo, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et congélateur. Le linge de maison est fourni. A savoir, la TV fonctionne avec des applications (netflix, Amazon prime etc...) elle n'a donc pas les chaînes classiques.
